I've got the theory that Shield Hero is just the isekai version Evita.
Think about it:
Raphtalia = Eva Perón
Naofumi = Juan Domingo Perón

Naofumi and Raphtalia actually represent the true core elements of Peronism ideology: social justice, economic independence and political sovereignty. Of course, the conflicts with the monarchy are an obvious reference to the anti-Peronist groups that, up to these times, never accepted the wide appeal of these popular leaders and always ranted about how Evita and Perón were just dictators living from the masses (not true, by the way). Tate no Yūsha no Nariagari isn't just the history of an underdog, is a methaphor of the rise of the descamisados from the world.

In the last loop the same thing happened but it was post betrayal and naofumi ended up meeting sadina motoyasu bought raphtalia and stashed her at some faraway inn while he was busy unfucking his mistakes.

I've read un another thread Shield Hero is some weird experiment from Kadokawa. Why is that? Is it because of CR funding part of the project?

It's kadokawa's first serious foray into considering overseas markets. If successful, we'll see more things from them in the future. Most people, and i, say that the success will be dependent on revenue from streaming and merchandise, with the domestic BD/DVD sales taking third or second place. The producer of the anime had been saying that sales in the anime market had been shifting from the latter to the former, and shield hero is probably the first to implement that change.

Spear spin-off is about post-character development Motoyasu stuck in time loop limbo. Initially tries to make amends for being a shit to Naofumi the first time around but later grudgingly tries to recreate the circumstances of the main timeline for plot reasons.

Except he's dumb, so he's really bad at just doing things the same way he did the first time around. And he fucks up a lot.
