I wait a month and then I start reading threads and whatever gets recommended or talked about I watch or trash depending on the threads. If a thread about a certain show reeks of crossboarders then it's for sure not my cup of tea.

Mate, as much as I want to like Kimetsu and Fairy Gone they had really shitty first episodes. They'll most likely improve but they were literally shit

Literally nothing, after the killer season we just had I am kind of glad were getting a slack season so I can put a dent on my backlog.

nothing looks appealing to me this season, so ill dig into my backlog and read more manga instead

Dororo and Uno puncho man are my confirmed to watch animes. anything else i wait and look at popularity charts. then i watch an ep or two and decide if i should watch it.

OPM even though ti will be QUALITY filled.

This is the third season in a row i haven't cared at all about. I just want a funny, comfy show that isn't cringe and/or fujobait.

I tried and dropped Kimetsu no Yaiba, Shoumetsu Toshi and Fairy Gone before the first episodes even finished. Gonna watch OPM2 but only because a friend is into it, otherwise I'd be content to let it rest with season 1.

Fairy Gone I'll agree with, but what was wrong with Kimetsu? I liked the first episode.

Think that falls under cringe. The comedy seems to be how awkward and inept bocchi is.
