Sister's arc was great but his style probably would never work for something like OT15. Lastly, Index team fails miserably because they neither stay true to the novel's writing nor do they use their leeway to make their own story work. They managed to create the worst of both worlds

Everything not a screenshot in that thread has bias by the OP. So that includes Nishikori calling himself a genius (he obviously didn't say that), however he did say between how Kamachi envisioned it and how the text/plot presented itself, they choose the latter. 'We did thought of better ways to do it, but we want to be true to the text and be conservative'.

Everyone fucked up. This has been a problem since S1, every single production has been known to be a giant mess because the staff they chose don't know how to handle it, because the executives were careless, etc etc. Everytime it's all these factors. But it's never one person, they all fucked up.

From poor decisions on the show to poor decisions on the production. This whole thing is a nightmare every single time, even the movie apparently had production issues.

Considering OT14 seems to be more or less ok from an adaptation standpoint, I've got a feeling if Kamachi did say fuck it after OT14, it was more so due to how much effort it was to steer everything into coming out the way it did. Deciding to instead just go back to writing instead of trying to wrangle the herd of cats that was the production of this anime.

I was really hoping we might see Thor or Kamisato around in other areas of the commonwealth in NT20+. Part of why I want a NT spinoff, there's lots of potential to expound on some of the stuff Kamachi has tossed out there. Imagine cutting to Canada/Australia, or other parts of AC during NT17 in a spin off to see what other characters are up to, there's a lot of potential for amusing team ups and other shenanigans there.
