1. You can only use it for five seconds
2. You keep aging inside the stopped world so if you abuse the power you're going to age faster

I mean, I'm not the same user, but I can see what he's going for. Ten seconds of stopped time are cool, but not super useful for daily tasks. Most of the uses that I can think for it would require a longer duration of timestop or are scummy stuff like stealing wallets and groping girls, things that someone with a will strong enough to get Star Platinum wouldn't do. In that regard, Crazy Diamond's powers are far more useful, for example.

Well, user was going for uses in daily life. Gping for high profile crimes is something that would be worth doing with any stand, since they basically leave no evidence (which probably explains why most stand users are mobsters or scum like that). Cheating is kinda bad, but it doesn't require the effort of carrying out with a criminal life.

I don't think the stand is so stupid that it would actually fail to notice the speaker's intent, since it can also lie with the body language. If it would, it would be even more stupid, because there's no way you wouldn't get that there's something wrong with Narancia after he claims that he was attacked by a giant, slow stand. But honestly, I didn't think the stand could get any more lame.

1. Always win coin flips
2. Go to casinos and cheat like hell

It seems to have a hard cap at least for human beings, Dio got a good boost from drinking blood, since he's immortal and lacks the physical limitations of humans presumably his The World would have stretched infinitely, but for Jotaro and regular humans, when you become old or hurt it would slowly lose power, and it would also hit a cap, just like you can't infinitely gain strenght by doing push ups.

To try some more benign uses: giving an injection, or dropping alcohol on an open wound, or any of those things that hurt for an instant but you have to do. I just had to make my cat swallow a pill and I realized how useful would Time Stop be for that. It would also be useful to prevent clumsy or serious accidents, for example a car crash that happens because you didn't have time to react. You could also beat other people to parking spaces in parking lots or busy streets, though that's partially an asshole thing to do.

With King Crimson, you could go faster when you're stuck in a slow line of people.

It's a great stand. Only beatable if your opponent is willing to die.

Avoiding accidents is a great time stop usage as long as you can see it coming. Making a cat swallow a pill would mean you shove the pill in the back of the throat since forcing it down the throat could cause problems. You can't drive a car while time is stopped since the car wouldn't move no matter how hard you pressed on the gas pedal.

Other uses:
1. Avoid getting caught by people
2. Get somewhere on foot faster than other people
3. Always catch the food that you threw into the air with your mouth
4. Input read someone playing vidya near you
5. Make someone think they're gay by jerking them off in frozen time leading to boner in real time
