I still dont understand how they managed to fuck it up so badly. They already had the great start, they could've just coasted even and it would've been fine. But instead it's like it was sabotaged intentionally. Like, think of the setup for the Fusion arc and then its actual events and resolution. It's like the script was thrown out and a placeholder producer had to just throw shit in and finish it. And even then the resolution in the last episode should've obviously been a bad idea. Or the headmaster not being brought to justice. Seriously how the hell.

At least Salamans are budget for a pretty good deck. All you really need are the 3 structure decks, which is great if want to get into the game as a new player. But if you want the deck that actually wins regionals and shit, then you're gonna want to drop cash for shit like impermanence and evenly matched. At least those cards a splashable though.
