Getting more than 90% in the first episode is something impressive. Last season no anime reached more than 90% in Nico Nico ratings in the first episode, even the closest one was Wataten with 89%.

Nezuko in particular actually has a personality, she's the cute loli that travels in a box, also she helps Tanjirou plenty of times against some powerful demons

the manga is entering its final arc already and it's obvious that Nezuko will become human again since that's Tanjirou's motivation, currently she's learning to talk simple words

in battle she's an useful ally since her blood can burn demons
