The CGI OPs were done by a completely different animation team so they spent their entire time and budget just on the OPs, but now that studio does some other garbage 3D anime and DavidPro has to do the OPs themselves.
In Part 4 they spent way more time and effort on the OPs than was necessary which resulted in great OPs but noticeable QUALITY in the actual episodes, so in Part 5 they're doing the opposite.
