I finally found those pages in the first chapter of volume 12, they should have appeared sooner in the manga too. I am surprised they didn't try to remove those lines for the english version, even if they left in nipples. Volume 9 chapter 54 also had an interesting one.

Agreed, sometimes SHAFT waste too much time trying to be "ARTSY" that they fuck up everything else.

They did sometimes include those in other anime, so it can't be that they just refuse to draw them. They needed to learn you can have both "ARTSY" and more explicit nudity in the same anime.

I'm not too sure about that, they never included nipples again after "Dance In the vampire Bund".

That at least shows they were willing to include them once. I would like to know what made that time different, and what's needed to duplicate it..
