They show the usual body-obscured shower scenes, and then skip to a close up of her lying on her bed and browsing on her phone while she reflects on the day's events.
She says the usual stuff about hoping everything goes well from, about wondering about the future, and finishes that she's especially worried about the future "because..."

If you crunch the math though it's not as if there isn't enough energy and resources available to support the population density in the 1st World. 1st world had its birthrate slow down organically along with the growth of technology boosting life expectancy and human rights giving women more role (lowering birth rates), so it never had the same explosion that 3rd/2nd world countries had where the are operating off of primitive formulas (better have a lot of kids because a lot of them die at birth/young and even young children are useful in agriculture and supporting a primitive household) but with more advanced tech offering more food and such.
The 1st world could easily do maintenance at present rates and invest in vertical farms and synthetic meat (or just reduce meat period) and more efficient transport/living patterns and be fine. Mass demographic changes and disruption do to population shrink though is a proving to be a pretty disruptive political threat. Why not just give people a way to have a few kids without the trouble of pregnancy if they don't actually want it? Like, I'm sure tons of women would get pregnant at least once for the experience of it, and it'll still take a lot of effort to care for and raise kids anyway. But why not work to make that bit more convenient for those who can't deal with it?

Impregnation as a fetish is pretty obvious, as well as seeing pregnancy as something wholesome/cute/to be protected. Pregnancy as a sexual fetish isn't so obvious, as it's a wasted shot.
