I much prefer Colors since they feel like actual, genuine kids. They were cute and innocent, but they were also mischievous and annoying. They were brats, but that's what made them believable and so likable.

Wataten's premise was about a pedo's relationship with a neighborhood girl. I dropped after first episode, so forgive me if something happened after that.

Colors wasn't really story driven, but a really fun, innocent slice of life show following 3 bratty young children acting exactly how children their age would realistically behave. Watch it if you want something cute, wholesome, and sometimes funny. Skip it if you're looking for an inspirational story, or fanservice.
