Prisma is tons of fun and autism, some of the best nasuverse in a while but I don't think it surpasses the original or F/Z, in fact its more that it specifically benefits from and builds on everything that came before. That's a different thing. It's not even really a "spin off" since nasuverse explicitly includes multiple universes/alternate realities as an actual thing via the second magic.
