It's been widely advertised for a year, and people at the event are saying that they are hyped after the first 3 episodes.

No one did this with YKA, and Yea Forums is torn on both Penguindrum/Utena.

Except it really is though, since they were both created simultaneously and ended up with quite different directions.

Idk I'm not sure if I'm hyped. I didn't enjoy utena but I really liked penguindrum so I'll give this 3 episodes. Though I'll probably stick since I like edg characters
