Sounds dubious. 12 more chapters would fill out volumes 35 and 36. 15 more chapters would require volumes 34, 35, and 36 to be 10 chapters each instead of the standard 9. Volumes of Soma have occasionally been 10 chapters before, but 9 are more common.
