Made a spreadsheet of all my TOM orders and compared the yen price with amiami, got reeled in when they had a big 30% off+extra points sale some months ago and they've been my main since. All of the orders had free US shipping. Only Americans will find TOM worth it.

Though they're cheaper because of the shipping, I'm quitting TOM because I'm tired of the 3~ month delay from Japan's release date and I mostly buy nendoshit. They have to put 2 annoying Eng safety law stickers on nendo boxes, which usually leaves a slight clear residue when peeled off no matter how careful I am. They don't seem to do that with scales. Might just order large scales with em in the future to save on shipping, but I'd rather pay a few dollars more in yen to get all other figs earlier with no stickers.

Yeah I only made orders with discount codes, the only time I made an order without it was during a 30x points promotion, got 2 figs. I'm clean now, just got $10 in points gained from my hopefully final order.

I think most of us subconsciously think of the JPY-USD ratio as 100-1 so the TOM prices seem great if you compare them like that, but the yen has been really great for us amerifats these past few years. And again, the US warehouse in TOM gets figs about 3 months later.

I find it really uncomfortable to fap to them, they're usually hard to keep open and turn the pages with one hand while you're fapping with the other. Something like holding the book at the top and keeping the bottom against your stomach works but I still find it hard to flip pages and it's still not very comfy. Also out of the question if I'm not using an onahole since I don't want to get the books dirty. So when I use them I usually just look at them beforehand to get in the mood and if I want to finish to it I'll just use the scans.

Probably have around like 300 doujins with about half or more being H. I usually just either keep them in their plastic wrap or put them in comic bags. Probably because they're unlikely to damage anything, they're cheap, and both disposable and reusable. I have some I use when I'm cleaning and they're way easier to take on and off multiple times than latex/nitrile gloves.
