>Luffy He isn't even the strongest in his series. I think of the people there only Saitama and Lina could shatter a fucking planet. This is a popularity contest.
>Not a single Tenchi Muyo character is on the list >Japan forgetting about the infamous Light Hawk Wings
Yeah, they've always had shit taste.
Ian Long
>No HxH
Liam Morris

>DBZ we are talking about actual series, not those from the Showa era, grandpa.
Elijah Perez
Not Ainz from Overlord nor Touch-Me? That's what you get for not showing off lol!
Aiden Torres
If you want to be pedantic, while the manga began during the Showa Era (1986), the Anime begun in the first months of the Heisei Era- 26th of April vs 8 January, both from 1989. However, someone might have considered DBZ a sequel from an established saga and not an entirely new one.
Matthew Cooper
Luffy 3rd? Alucard (11th) would rape his ass (and probably half the list)
Jacob Stewart
>Lina Inverse Well, I honestly never saw that coming, I was bracing for nothing but big 3 shit.
Matthew Adams
>Onii-sama not 1st Shit list
Cooper Price
Demon Lord Super Sentai Kamen Rider Archangel Meliodas should be first
Jack Foster
>all those no ones above Saiki shit poll.
Luffy is nowhere in same league as Koro-sensei, Saitama and Saiki. Saitama while powerful, cant do 1/100 of what Saiki can. Koro-sensei is pretty powerful, but got killed and has too many limitations.
Saiki is objective number one power wise. You need reality bender character like Haruhi or something to even try to rival him.
Benjamin Bennett
That's a really shitty list.
Parker Roberts
SC aired a few years ago while Vento Aureo was written on 1999 maybe if the list was made after the anime ended he would be on the top of the list
Aiden Ortiz
This

>Rimuru is #5 and since it's for "anime characters", it's by far not his final form yet.
Wouldn't Medaka Box characters destroy most of these?
Blake Smith
Of course. Medaka just wins by default, because her entire deal is unbeatable plot armor unless you change the genre. Both of Kumagawa's skills completely shut down everyone there. And it's not even a contest for Anshin'in.
Alexander Hill
>6. Gintoki Sakata (Gintama) – 215 votes Gotta love how Gintama/Gintoki alwasy appear in any fucking ranking in Japan.
>14. Lina Inverse (Slayers) – 83 votes I'm impressed Japan or anyone still remember her, I thought she was just big in Peru.
Thomas Morris
based korochad.
Lucas Harris
I mean I'd consider Koro and Saiki equal in power, both of them could vaporize Earth if they wanted too and Korosensei is faster, plus he can turn liquid and shit. Koro could have oneshotted everyone in Class 3E if he wanted too, him dying doesn't really matter.
Elijah Wood
They really liked that slime shit huh.
Ryder Hill
>poll of about 1000 to 2000 people >ever being indicative of a huge, nation spanning trend
Jordan Foster
>Having Kenshin on the list instead of his master retarded
Bentley Gonzalez
but, who was best girl?
Carter Perry
Yeha, more than 1000 is a pretty good number.
Brayden Watson
>Tatsuya >lowering than fucking Luffy tatsuya can make magic nukes...
Josiah Rogers
What about Rikka from Chunnibyo?
Lucas Myers
Tatsuya should be at least top 3, for sure.
Jonathan Hughes
What a dumb poll. Saiki should have come first, then Tatsuya.
Sebastian Jones
>Kenshin, a samurai >more powerful than a psychic that can destroy cities >more powerful than a demon thing that can destroy cities Something about this list doesn't quite seem right but I can't point my finger on it
Henry Murphy
And there is nothing you can do to change that, user.
OP forgot to mention that this list is for protagonists only.
Jason Allen
Accelerator BTFO!!!!!!!
Michael Rivera
No, of course not. Did it sell well too?
Michael Myers
So anyone above Tatsuya is able to project more nuclear explosions or destructive power akin to them with higher frequency or destructive yield.... I mean i don't know all of them but few seem able to. Still Tatsuya was pretty cool character.
Blake Wright
The BDs for the anime? The first two seemed to have sold around 5k-6k while having above average selling price. I read somewhere that a series breaks even when the BDs have 3k sales on average at normal selling price, so Slime is doing well enough in that regard.
Brody Cook
Shows just how much the Japanese care about that kind of thing compared to overseas.
