Who made the retarded decision to make Kaban and Dog, the two characters that could soften the damage of this season, suffer?

Ranting a bit also since I realized almost nothing was resolved.
>Why are there perfectly working machinery despite in S1, Serval had to literally climb a mountain because the transport does not work and Friends had to built a boat out of a bus.
>Why did they not speak of the blackened hands of Kaban and the owls?
>Why did they not resolve Kaban's and Serval's backstory?
>Why is Bossu treated like an unimportant object rather than a character?
>What about the friend in episode 1?
>Why did all that dog foreshadowing resulted in her being beaten down and does absolutely nothing to the plot.
>I don't think rubbles can kill A Beast who jumped to the top of the boat from the land. And killing her off isn't really considered as resolving an issue.
>Also why didn't she attack Kyururu and Kaban?
>Why didn't anyone tell Serval the truth?! She seems to be interested in finding out and people even knew about it.
>Also Serval is regaining her memories. It couldn't have hurt her to just tell her what happened and get her and Kaban together again.
Also, THAT THING IN THE WATER, Is that it? Foreshadowings over so many episodes and it's just that, a cerulean that does cerulean stuff.
The issue is that it's doing things that were already seen before, mimicking beloved objects. Nothing about its size or being underwater mattered.
And finally, adding that cliffhanger was an extremely retarded decision. It's literally saying Kaban never mattered.
>Why are there perfectly working machinery
The entire park survives on perfectly working machinery (japari buns are made automatically).
>Why did all that dog foreshadowing resulted in her being beaten down and does absolutely nothing to the plot.
Because there's no plot. KF (both seasons) is mostly just a journey of dicking around the park with some miniclimax towards the end of the show.
>Also, THAT THING IN THE WATER, Is that it? Foreshadowings over so many episodes
It was only shown once...
The new director is an asshole who follows Kadokawa orders.
> Serval and Kaban
Because Serval and Kaban are part of a different story. There was no time for this in a short 12 episodes season. And setting-wise, it wasn't a good idea to tell Serval about her past self, it'll only disrupt her journey and make her actually feel like shit.

>Kaban isolated in the back.
Are they trying to piss the fanbase even more?
Calm down autismo, not everything has to constantly revolve around KF1.
>Kaban suffering
>We hate Tatsuki
>Dog suffering
>We hate ourselves, too
except for that whole finding your identity thing
I hope you all enjoyed Mine's Magic.
Stop trying to look at things to get angry at, it's not healthy.
Yeah right of course
Finding your sexual orientation too I suppose
Blew 3000 urchins and no tiger toy.
>Only Toki's head is drawn
Nooooooo Tokibros why does Kadokawa hate us so much ;_;
If only... Tats-sama was here...
KF1 is the only relevant entry of the franchise and is the reason it's still alive. Anything else is doomed. The Nexon game, KF2 etc
Then you could just watch KF1 on loop forever until you die and stop trying to make yourself feel alive by desperately looking for things to hate everywhere.
That's a KF2 drawing stop being a prick.
>Because there's no plot. KF (both seasons) is mostly just a journey of dicking around the park with some miniclimax towards the end of the show.
Kf season 1 was about Kaban trying to find out what she is and the story progresses on that but slowly. Kaban's use of her intelligence and her bonds was pivotal to her growth.
Kf season 2 was about Kyururu trying to find her home. Your points are fair enough since most episodes result in nothing but just bonding.
>It was only shown once...
Not only referring to appearance, things about dreaming about it and friends being cautious about it.
Oops, was trying to reply
Wasn't she also humilliated this season? Damn, they must hate cute birbs with sexy legs.
I'll take that last one back, you were right, it was foreshadowed twice or thrice unless I miscounted. Sorry, my mistake.
Guess I was drunk.
>Not only referring to appearance, things about dreaming about it and friends being cautious about it.
I guess Kyururu was a bit traumatised by it.
Although, Friends were talking about the volcano I think (sea mood). And that's the only part they didn't develop or explain. The ship boss worked out fairly okay-ish imo.
What's this season 2 people are talking about? Some kind of fan work? It sure is a shame that Mine was gangraped and murdered by the Yakuza immediately following the last episode of the show. I would've loved to see what Tatsuki had in store for season 2, but at least we've got Kemurikusa!
Bonds = Suffering, Is that the message of the show?
The unironic message of the show was "Please play KF3".
Suffering = Your Head Canon
That's your message of the show
It's impossible to be worse than KF2 so KF3 will likely be better.

Remember when S1 was getting millions.
I want to bully an idiot bird.
Present me an idiot bird to bully.
I think he was talking about dog.
Has anyone seen the manga? The Amazon reviews say it's vastly superior to the anime.
Reminder that the real S2 is a game called Cellien May Cry.
Remember that bomber? A Cerulean Stealth Bomber is a boss in CMC.
all her brain kemonoplasm went elsewhere
try me fgit ill curbstomp your fuc*king ass
The game is unfinished clunky kuso but the guy predicted S2 Friend ceruleans almost exactly.
I don't have a screenshot though.
Which friend would be easiest to trick into bed?
My bets on Dog or Moose.
Why won't she beep beep?!
Dog is so starved of affection she might just straight up rape you though.
Dog already *wants* to be in your bed, user.
Horse also looks like she has the impulse.[\spoiler]
God, I wish.
> clunky kuso
Meh, I had fun with it, then again I like rougelikes.
Also the boss fights are fun.
I stopped watching this after the Sealion/Dolphin episode.
Did it get any better? Did anything get resolved? Did the Tanoshi get restored?
No.
No.
Especially no.
The message of this show is that Kemono Friends™ is property of Yoshizaki Mine and 株式会社KADOKAWA. Any characters not directly associated with the two entities previously mentioned are cuckolds deserving nothing but suffering and public scorn.
Please understand and buy the BDs.
Why did she screw around the entire episode when she was always this strong to begin with?
Do you enjoy sounding like a faggot?
I could fight this yeehaw looking ass bird and take his hat too
a tard helmet would've suited him better
you already said it. the only things she's good for are in her shirt
friends are conincally prime IMAGINE size and weight, you'd lose a fight against your own animal form
All of them. Literally all of them. You just gotta know what to say and they'll be going cross-eyed within ten minutes.
god those thighs, fuck
It's dead Jim.
That's not a strong Fennec, that's a weak Cerulean.
FACT: A Cerulean's strength comes from the humans' attachement to the thing it copied
FACT: This carries over to Kyururu's attachement to the subject of her drawings
FACT: Pangolin and Armadillo kidnapped Kyururu and took her against her will
This shot was cool.
That hair looks so poofy
I want to risk my life ruffling and squishing it!
What's her problem?
Capitalism ruined Japari Park.
>Pangolin and Armadillo went on a park wide trek over the course of several days to a week to kidnap Kyururu for a fucking pack of Japari Sticks
>PPP gets 100+ Japari Buns BEFORE even doing a song and dance on the helipad
peppypoo
She wanted to look like a cool shounen antagonist standing underneath crumbling rubble without looking directly at the audience.
But Arai-San is way stronger than Fennec, and she has to struggle.
Arai is weaksauce and she was able to hold her own
Its like everyone had some input on something to add to make the show "cool and deep" or whatever and just threw them all in without even really thinking if it would work or not. Like a "hey lets add this kind of scene because I saw it in something before and it was cool" scenario and hey just went with it. So many questionable moments in this whole thing.
>So many questionable moments in this whole thing.
The whole franchise is questionable on every level.
This is just concept art to be fair, they toned down the appearance in the anime
>criticizing concept art
Whelp, looks like the owls are going to need to put the combination locks back on the cabinets and the baby monitor back in Kabans room again. Wouldn't want her doing something regrettable during one of her little episodes after her relapse.
and your problem is....?
Fennec or Bat-eared fox? Who wins in a naked mud-wrestling fight?
Something thrown into the background and never acknowledged by the characters is the same as a prominent character appearing across several episodes and then dying.
It's out of place and questionable as hell.
I'm just wondering how people can enjoy anything KF-related with a mindset like in
Nothing that can't be fixed with a nice wine party.
How is Tiger even remotely prominent
Hardly.
>out of place
that's the whole point
By being hinted as the last boss the whole season? Did you even watch this anime?
dump it
God I want to get moose to fight me with her crotch, leading into me ramming her insides like an angry moose. Afterwards, we can engage in more crotch to crotch combat as I slowly make her fall in love with me, leading to a bunch of cuddling at the end
>It's out of place and questionable as hell
How? Just by having the bomber there in the same episode as Big Dog illustrates that at one point Ceruleans were a huge deal and contribute to why the park was abandoned.
We do.
What kind of retardation is this? It only confused the viewers because it introduced a what seemed to be a plot point without developing or explaining it. It's quite literally, pointless. Just there to look cool and mysterious.
God you're a fucking brainlet
>confused the viewers
No, it didn't. It alluded to what happened to the park.
>hinted as the last boss the whole season
Hardly. She appeared only a couple of times and she even saved Kyururu in episode 1 (or 2 ? it was the monorail episode).
Can't have a wine party all the time, user.
>It alluded to what happened to the park.
No it didn't. It just a randomly placed object that people would try to overanalyse in vain. Thus pointless confusion.
Mirai's recording is how you hint properly about what happened to the park.
>It only confused the viewers because it introduced a what seemed to be a plot point without developing or explaining it
You have a bomber and you have a marker that marks they are at the half way point of a mountain hiking trail while we see they are at the top. You dont need someone to say "a long time ago this bomber over there blew the fuck out of this mountain" to get the point.
It introduces a threat and establishes how dangerous it might be without having it discussed or shown, in addition to bringing potential future plot points through questions of what happened. In addition, it makes statements like Tsuchinoko's comment about extinction make more sense.
We've been over this shit before. Humans fought ceruleans, that's it, no over analysis required.
You do need someone to say why would there be a stealth bomber trying to bomb the mountain and then crash.
It doesn't show that ceruleans were overpowered mankind-raping creature since the Big Dog was killed by water later on.
Not even that, but the only reason Big Dog even appeared was because the mountain filter was fucked.
>You do need someone to say why would there be a stealth bomber trying to bomb the mountain and then crash.
Who? How could friends possibly know what a stealth bomber is?
>killed by water later on
I mean I would have reached for the bombs first too.
For people like user you really do need to be super direct or they don't get it.
Hey, I just rubbed my dogs belly and then she licked my face. Thought I'd let you know
Its fucking explained, you fucking retard. The previous episode Mirai explains that if things get worse theyre going to have to evacuate. Sorry she didnt explicitly say "they are calling in a stealth bomber to bomb this mountain because its infested with ceruleans. This mountain is going to be really important later on and the bomber will probably crash" for your retarded ass.
Ceruleans have different cycles, and while this isnt mentioned in the anime, you should at least be able to put two and two together without every single detail spelled out for you.
>Humans fought ceruleans
There was no need to introduce such an idea in a show like KF. Mirai simply saying that Big Dog was too much to handle so the park was abandoned is more than enough. Brinding up wars and stealth bombers is pointless, especially if you don't plan to (or have time to) develop the idea further.
And in the end, the Big Bad Dog got rekt by a bunch of dumb Friends (and water...).
where's episode 12.1 lmoa
>There was no need to introduce such an idea in a show like KF
It was there since episode 4.
>develop the idea further
It happened many years ago and all the humans are gone now, I don't really see what else they could have added.
>Mirai simply saying that Big Dog was too much to handle so the park was abandoned is more than enough.
>in the end, the Big Bad Dog got rekt by a bunch of dumb Friends (and water...).
Almost as if Big Dog wasn't enough
why dont any of those braindead stupid make-a-wish kids wish to not have cancer lmfao
well at this point anything is going to be better than S2
>I don't really see what else they could have added.
They shouldn't have added anything at all, that's my point.
I mean, the post that started this bullshit argument is the guy who was upset about Tiger's cool last moment scene, while the B-2 bomber fits exactly his description of "cool shit that's there just because someone thought it was cool".
You can read some of the first chapters for free on bookwalker I think.
But the story is exactly the same as in the anime afaik.
It just further proves that people who rated S2 on amazon didn't actually rate the anime but the people who made it.
>cool shit that's there just because someone thought it was cool
you're back at the start again
where's episode 12.1? ahahahaha
It only alluded that a stealth bomber crashed there at some point. That's it. They could have put an airliner there too and it would have the same effect of bringing nothing to the story besides making people wonder why is there an airliner there.
Well if it's the same story as the anime, it'll be just as insulting, right?
...
>bringing nothing to the story
It's showing that a "story" already happened, which provides context for the current one. You don't need to have characters address every single background feature.
>rekt by a dumb Friends (and water...)
Friends have something humans don't; wild side. Not only that, but as gay as it is, friendship was what actually defeated Big Dog because it all came down to the connections that Kaban had made with the Friends and Lucky-san. It was a team effort. The B-2 bomber like this user () is implying, was likely sent to destroy Big Dog, but ultimately failed; leading humans to fully abandon Japari Park. So there's meaning definitely there.
You only see what you want to see.
You put a crashed airliner there and it'll be the same.
It would "introduced an idea of a threat and establish how dangerous ceruleans are" (because they managed to fuck up a plane and kill a gorillion of people).
It wouldn't matter because the idea won't be developed and everything would be left for interpretation.
The reviews say that the manga fixes the story so now I'm curious.
If you removed the bomber from that scene, literally NOTHING would have changed in terms of plot or in terms of information required to understand the anime.
But if you do put the bomber there, then it opens tons of possibilities for speculation and interpretation and fanfiction and whatnot.
That's why I'm saying it was a pointless and distracting addition.
>It wouldn't matter because the idea won't be developed
You LITERALLY just said how it was developed and interpreted.
>introduced an idea of a threat and establish how dangerous ceruleans are
You are fucking retarded.
>NOTHING would have changed in terms of plot
Other than removing tension from the final scenes?
First chapter.
viewer-trial.bookwalker.jp
Story kind of looks the same to me.
A crashed airliner means passengers and it implies a whole different thing. It's not the show's fault you're a dumbass for not catching the subtext. Show don't tell.
How is it pointless when it gives the audience the reason why the humans left and why Kaban hasn't run into a single human?
Mine's magic
>it gives the audience the reason why the humans left
The reason was already given by Mirai's recording.
Humans left because they couldn't deal with Big Dog.
user, drop what you're doing right now and stop suffering because Kemono Instinct English is finally out.
youtube.com
It adds the threat in addition to showing how humanity's efforts to directly deal with it were futile, meaning there either has to be a different option or everyone is going to just die. The reason why friends were able to win is because of friends joining together in addition to the use of information they gathered over Kaban's experiences to deal with the big dog. It also adds a potential thing to work with in the future but since we're never getting a real KF2 we don't know how that could have been
Then what is the problem with backing that recording up with physical evidence?
>with quality CG and voiceacting
You mean, QUALITY, right?
>Kemurikusa 12.1 gets a million views in 3 hours
Seriously, imagine what Kadokawa execs are thinking right now.
finally, something worth watching
user. 1+1=2. The ceruleans are dangerous to humans and Friends. Read .
Holy fuck get a new brain.
Showing that humans got fucked shows how dangerous those things are and how big the stakes are.
It also created literally weeks of discussion and speculation.
Better than any MMDs by fans I've seen so far, yes. Good shading and even some 2D effects for things like water splashes. Great models too.
Because it implies and introduces many other unnecessary things. Things that will be left unexplained and left to interpretation.
That's the reason why it's a pointless and distracting addition.
>defending undeveloped and bad writing
wew...
>implies and introduces many other unnecessary things
Such as?
>hating world building and mystery
Complete fucking retard. Go watch american documentaries they are on your level.
er, meant to Anyway, the japanese version has been around for a while already, enough to gather plenty of fanart itself.
Your brain is the only thing underdeveloped here
They're doing business as usual. In the end, the corporations always win.
Especially since all views on niconico benefits themselves anyway.
Those views are on twitter.
>all views on niconico benefits themselves anyway
you don't need to pay to watch it, if that's what you mean
Could someone translate this sign?
The video is on twitter, not Nico.
Such as war and conflict that go beyond the "welp... big dog is too big, time to pack up, fun's over" explanation Mirai gave.
It doesn't even fit KF1 well. People loved how friendly it was, almost like a show for kids.
They knew they didn't have time to develop the story too much and yet they kept throwing in stuff like that for no reason.
uh..... Welcome to Japari Park?
it's not world building when you just put whatever the fuck you want in your series and leave everything for the viewers to write fanfics about because there's no one to tell you to stop and even the IP owner doesn't know his own lore
It doesn't alter the story, but it chagnes dialog a lot. For example, Caracal doesn't bitch as hell like anime does.
But it's not just random shit, it's placed there based on various earlier details. For example with that, in addition to the big dog being a big threat there's Tsuchinoko mentioning that humanity is extinct, meaning something wrecked their shit. Also ceruleans like planes
You realize this is literally the same thing that happened in first Star Wars right?
It's a genius decision you idiot. It makes people invested in the setting. I'm glad Tats understands this when 90% of anime directors are fucking apes who can't even make isekai trash properly.
The fighting has long since stopped though.
>It doesn't even fit KF1 well
I think it does, especially after tsuchinoko's comments.
There are a bunch of kid's anime that have dark moments. Ojamajo Doremi had an episode about a girl dying from cancer and an episode about a baby almost dying. Heartcatch Precure had an episode about a girl who lost her mom when she was younger and how a lot of the responsibilities of the small family fell onto her. Kid's shows are friendly but they aren't necessarily afraid to tackle that stuff. Watch more anime.
>wakaran
>wakaran
>wakaran
I'm lovin' it
Ohay~mya!
Looks like it's pretty much the same dialog and personalities.
>horse
>she doesn't take horse dick
>in addition to the big dog being a big threat there's Tsuchinoko mentioning that humanity is extinct, meaning something wrecked their shit
Yeah and it went nowhere because there was no time to develop any part of this subplot.
And saying that they left that job to KF2 isn't fair because KF1 was a throwaway project initially without plans for S2.
Thanks. It doesn't make much sense though, since its nailed above the door to the pods.
I don't understand why it needs to be a "subplot" in the first place. The humans that are still alive were never the focus of the show.
Tatsuki clearly intended to continue until "it" happened
Yeah looks like the dialog is practically the same.
Only difference in this page is that in the anime Caracal says "What is it?!" and the manga says "Hey! Are you listening?" (last bubble).
All the Friends thought mankind was extinct because they all disappeared from the park when they really just abandoned it. The Friends don't have any knowledge of the outside world so at best they're guessing, so you really can't take their word for it. Plus if they were extinct, Kaban's eyes would be dulled like Toki's etc.
It doesn't matter what he intended. He did what he was told to do.
This.
uh.... 3DPD....
He wouldn't have been fired if that was the case.
In addition to humans disappearing and Mirai's message it makes sense that they'd think humans are all dead if their everything is broken to shit. I really don't see what the problem is with adding an airplane and other broken things to show a little bit of what happened. Also anons have pointed out that Kaban's eyes do dull when she makes the realization, though I can't post that right now because phoneposting
Indeed, there's technically no need to go too deep into the whole "humanity is extinct" or "humanity was at war" things.
That's a friend, not a smelly human.
Kaban is human like how K was human.
Yep, he wouldn't have been fired if he just kept making anime instead of doing.... whatever the fuck he / they were trying to extort out of Kadokawa
And fart-chan doesn't have a permanently suffering expression on xir face.
>Chokotto Anime Kemono Friends 3
This is what season 2 should have been like, fucking kyururu.
get a load of this nijicon, barking on a drawn image
They never dull fully though as the Owls correct themselves. Also never really disputed the plane crash or various ruins. I just don't think that humanity is extinct is all. That said I do believe that there was a conflict between the Ceruleans and park owners, not a full blown war mind you but a conflict nonetheless with the owners losing. That said I could see the outside world not being the same from Cerulean attacks.
>character redemption
>immediately kill them
nice
We wll never know what happened to the hito.
Tiger was literally, unironically, in the strict sense of the term, redeemed THE VERY MOMENT she appeared on screen.
too fat
It isn't and that's why just showing that bomber on-screen was a good move storytelling-wise.
Who will be their scapegoat now, who is to blame for KF2's failure
Post dumb python.
Only Serval says "Don't eat me~!" in this one.
Throwing in random shit and then let people endlessly speculate is clearly the epitome of good writing.
>random
Read the thread.
Despite the shitty usage, now I can't get Welcome to Motherfucking Youkoso Japari Park out of my head. Guess it's time to give S1 another rewatch to wash away the bad feelings.
How was the niconico score for the final episode anyway? I haven't checked the recent threads but seeing VRAINS pop up on my RSS downloader I'm still adjusting for the new season reminded me of it.
It is random. It's called bad writing and/or directing.
You start from a vague, badly defined, unexplained and unconfirmed idea like when a Friend says "humans are extinct" and then you branch into more vague and unexplained ideas, etc.
Then you could add wrecks of tanks in the background, trenches, craters, and characters will just go by casually without paying attention.
You can then add ruined cityscapes in the background in some scenes, again, without characters paying attention to it. The final scenes with Kaban's boat could have a clearer view of destroyed skyscrapers in the distance, without much explanation once again.
And in the end, none of those branched out ideas are explained or developed and are just there for god know's why in a fucking anime about Kemonos and Friends.
>Then you could add wrecks of tanks in the background, trenches, craters, and characters will just go by casually without paying attention.
Yeah, I absolutely love Shoujo Shuumatsu Ryokou.
Requesting good Ezo pics to help cheer up the thread
>vague, badly defined, unexplained and unconfirmed idea
It's called a "mystery" you absolute retard. Holy shit.
Good taste
Star Wars fans
It's not mystery.
And KF isn't a mystery show.
Is it literally impossible for you to accept that a show can have multiple themes or something?
Everything is a mystery now apparently.
When someone asks why is this or this like that you just say: bro... don't you get it? it's mystery.
Everything about S1, S2 and KF in general can be "explained" with "lol it's mystery".
Which is exactly what I'd expect from a show told from the perspective of a young human friend. The narrator isn't God.
domestic dog is the best thing about S2
you can get her to do literally anything for you
A N Y T H I N G
It has nothing to do with perspective.
It's about writing and directing.
You obviously couldn't get her a happy end, friend.
Perspective is literally where all of the writing cones from.
None of that was important to the plot. It didn’t really matter what the state of humanity and the world was. All that matters is that Kaban wants to find out what she is and, upon accomplishing that, wants to secure a way to go out and see what happened to humans for herself. Humanity’s fate isn’t relevant to the story as anything other than setting.
Neither Kaban or Kyururu are narrators...
Make up your mind. You want the concept to be more developed, but you also think that it has no place in Kemono Friends? That's completely contradictory. The reason it has no place is that that's not what the show is about. It's about Kemono Friends. At the same time, it's contextual information that adds to the story so it was put in the background because it's background information. So there's a reason why it actually exists and a reason it isn't a fully expanded idea. You don't need more information than that. Also, what the heck is vague by the statement: "humans are extinct." That's pretty direct and clear if you ask me.
Changes on recent ep. I've saw ep 4 and it quite changed a lot
>Humanity’s fate isn’t relevant to the story as anything other than setting.
Exactly, that's why the bomber was unnecessary.
It established the setting.
You don't establish a setting with vague ideas built on top of other vague ideas like that.
You know what I meant. The stories revolve around them.
>vague ideas
Nothing vague about a crashed bomber, given mirai's recording.
It wasn’t necessary, but it did add flavor to the setting and story. It was an indication of fighting which implied humanity was forced off the island. That helps build the setting by giving some context to why humans like Mirai aren’t around.
Stories can present background information to help create a setting to help with things like atmosphere without making it important for the plot
If you had to construct a headcanon to explain in a credible way why there was a bomber, then yes, it is vague.
On the long run "the state of humanity and the world was" is what the whole story was writing towards. It was what Kaban was fighting towards finding. It was the premise of the entire S1.
Truly man's best friend.
I guess 1+1=2 is "headcanon" now. Feel free to provide an alternate explanation for the bomber.
Empty and ruined park creates a setting and an atmosphere and makes you wonder where all the humans went.
Then Mirai's recordings explain that humans left because they couldn't beat the big dog.
The plane though, is just there and it makes you wonder all kind of shit which will never be explained.
There's no need for an explanation because the point is that there's no need for the bomber to be shown at all.
owls have always had black tipped fingers
The audience experiences the story through Kaban. We followed her from sandstar-birth to when she saved the park. We gain information via her. It's going to be a mystery because when she finds out new things, the audience also learns new things. Kaban always has a set goal which involves gathering pieces together to make the whole picure; whether it be what kind of kemono she is or where did the humans go. That's what makes it a mystery.
>The plane though, is just there and it makes you wonder all kind of shit which will never be explained.
Are you a goldfish or something? Read your sentence before this.
Visually decent. Story wise: Why u kill tiger?
Also WTF is the sky above her doing, collapsing glass shards and concrete down on her?
Holy fuck you're dense user
What's different?
Can you upload your epub?
Other than fleshing out Mirai's statements, no.
There's no way to explain the bomber without straying too far from what is solidly established.
And know that the whole "humanity is extinct" thing is also uncertain.
This for example is NOt an explanation:
"the bomber is there because...uh... it bombed big dog... and it got shot down because... big dog is strong... but then big dig goes into ocean and dies... y-yeah das rite".
Not bad.
I agree, and it probably would have been important to s2 if things had gone differently. But if we’re examining s1 as it’s own self contained story then the state of humans isn’t really relevant. All that matters is that they are not on the island and that absence is what prompts Kaban to her goal of getting a boat.
PROTECC THE DOG
It's almost as if big dog isn't the only cerulean or something.
Thanks. The fans are far better with tanoshii.
>S2 left things unexplained
GARBAGE WRITING FUCK YOU KUSOKAWA
>S1 left things unexplained
IT'S A MYSTERY YOU ARE TO STUPID TO GET IT
Really activates my almonds.
Ceruleans are strong and can only get taken down through their weak points or water with how Tatsuki presented them, of course bombing didn't fucking work
That's fanfiction territory. You can always invent an explanation for your head canon.
The only thing we know for sure is that Mirai had to leave because of Big Dog.
So how did the bomber crash?
And why did they bomb it when water could have worked too?
S2 had the responsibility to expand on these ideas.
S2 was never planned in advance and it's not fair to dump S1 issues on S2.
>fanfiction
It's shown in the fucking show, both seasons. Multiple types of cerulean, some based off of vehicles.
I hope you are gassed for the relief that your IQ doesn't get passed in the gene pool. The last two episodes didn't show it was easy. It got Serval and Kaban. It took all the friends the audience met on the way to take it down and they all used their superhuman abilities. Boss sacrificed is mechanical body to take it down. It isn't a stretch to assume that it took down a B-2 bomber.
Probably a flying cerulean. Who would have thought of the water?
They started work on it before S1 finished airing.
There are all sorts of ceruleans, like that floating bridge one or big dog. There could have been a flying one, the pilot could have tried flying low, or any number of things. They probably didn't know about how ceruleans worked entirely, while ages of hiding and observing allowed Tsuchinoko to learn and bring her observations to Kaban.
>to be continued at the end
>setting up mysteries that can't be answered completely within the 12 episodes
>humans are all gone so if Kaban wanted to accomplish her goal she'd have to continue her journey
>assume
Yeah it's all about assuming and speculating and fanfictioning.
Assuming that humans were too stupid to waterbomb Big Dog.
Assuming that humans were too stupid and lost a fucking B-2 to Big Dog.
Or maybe there were other ceruleans even though Mirai only talked about Big Dog?
Nigga that's how subtext works.
Wow user you're making speculations? What a fag, who does that? Stop fanfictioning
>Big Dog
>Big Dog
>Big Dog
Explaining the hows and whys of the bombers crash would be superfluous and contribute nothing to the overall story. Showing the bomber as is gives you all the info you need to add context to the plot; humans fought ceruleans using some of their strongest weapons but were ultimately overpowered and forced to evacuate the park. It establishes that humans had to leave because ceruleans are dangerous.
People wouldn't need to assume anything if the B-2 was just not there.
But it was there. Because it looked cool. In a kid show about cute kemonos and friendship.
Literally "it's just mystery lol"
>It establishes that humans had to leave because ceruleans are dangerous.
Mirai already established that. She said we are gtfoing because fuck big dog and fuck ceruleans.
No, you would have needed to assume MORE after tsuchinoko mentioned "extinction" without seeing the bomber.
Nothing says the bomber was strictly related to big dog.
God, Fennec is so STACKED here
>using some of their strongest weapons
They didn't use nukes.
But then... imagine if they used nukes when a simple firefighting tanker would suffice lmao.
Crack open a few books and learn what subtext means, brainlet. That stuff isn't a mystery. It's implied and that's a huge difference. A mystery is about solving questions.
There's a difference between "it's just a mystery" and setting up various points for viewers to connect as long as they have two fucking braincells
I would die for my wife Broly
Tsuchinoko is unreliable. She has no knowledge and just uses the vocabulary she knows. It's very cute actually once Mirai confirms that humans simply left the Park.
But the you have the bomber for no reason... except if you REALLY want to push the human extinction subplot forward... even though you only have like 2 episodes left.
Why would anyone do that. Especially in a show like KF.
>A mystery is about solving questions.
uhh... no, it's called mystery okay
One crashed bomber doesn't mean that everyone is literally extinct.
>I'm just wondering how people can enjoy anything KF-related
Nobody does, S2 was mediocre even when you ignore all the drama completely, some contrarian faggots are just baiting anons with false opinions.
This has nothing to do with my point considering that I'm not that user, brainlet.
So what does it mean then?
It's definitely NOT there to explain anything. It's there just so people could find explanations for it. Literally some kind of backwards writing.
The reason for humans to leave the park was already perfectly explained by Mirai AND by the rest of the series. The bomber doesn't help with this.
The bomber isn’t necessary to the narrative but it adds to the atmosphere. As mentioned, it just shows the lengths humanity went to and how dangerous ceruleans can potentially be. I don’t really know why you’d have such issue with a simple set piece.
do it again user!
Mysteries don't have to be solved completely to be good, user. Besides that, there's enough set up to help you see what happened and improve upon the setting while leaving wiggle room for expansion like seeing more of what happened when humanity struggled against ceruleans and where they went. Please get a brain
It means that there was a battle, probably after Mirai left in an attempt to destroy/contain the ceruleans.
>I don’t really know why you’d have such issue with a simple set piece.
I don't know why this discussion is still going but it was related to some much earlier post I think about 'useless scenes just to look cool' (referring to the tiger webm posted earlier).
>It's there just so people could find explanations for it.
Most people just go “oh cool, the ceruleans must have destroyed a bomber when humanity fought them.” We’re not all so autistic as to try and come up with some Kemono Rogue One backstory for the bomber.
People are pretty autistic to come up with random stuff to shit on KF2 though.
Fucking lmoa
Literally the shitpost that started it all
>3 hours of bomber shitposting
yeah... kemono friends... it's kind of like that...
This is a pretty dumb discussion. I just want Kaban to be happy. Who cares about Japari Park being bombed like Vietnam.
note that it wasn't Tatsuki attempting glorious worker's revolution here, it was Fukuhara, a higher up in YYRZ
S1 left the setting unexplained but left hints to it
S2 left the fucking plot unexplained
god i want this too
>extort
Why was Kadokawa lying about IP misuse then?
Why not just tell truth instead of making shit up and force the hand of their former advertising partners?
What was the final nico score?
1¥
masterpiece
wow, maybe Kyururu really is supposed to be a boy?
Plot of S1 was: Kaban wanders around Japari to find humans and ends up saving the Park from a potential disaster. Doesn't find any humans or any info about humans.
Plot of S2 was: Kyururu wanders around Japari to find her home and ends up accidentally saving the Park from a potential disaster. Does actually find her "home".
seething cultistlet
What makes you think so?
So it was good? 5 means good, right?
It was so good 95% of people voted 5/1
Will VRAINS ever take their throne back?
I love Moose-chan so much, even if one tried to kill me a couple months back. Just wish some good artists would make pictures or doujins showing that sort of situation.
yeah sure lets go with that
Cute panzerfennec
>her "home"
Kyururu is just better at settling and goalpost moving
Interesting to note that last episode of KF2 got 638,916 viewers which is a record for late night anime. And way more than what last episode of KF S1 got. Last episode of Kemurikusa got 50k in comparison.
Impressive... but what does it mean?
Especially when your average S2 episode rarely gathers more than 10k viewers.
pic is how """people""" ""watched"""" the last episode on NND.
That's a lot of tatsucucks.
>watch the first episode
>generic male MC shows up
Guess Tatsuki left his creativity with Kadokawa when he left.
i.e people with common sense
Dodge this, stupid cultist!
Mya mya mya mya mya mya mya mya mya min miii
#PunchATatsucuck2019
>even if one tried to kill me a couple months back
you tried to rape it or something?
People with common sense don't watch thing they don't like.
cope
which is probably why they skipped to the end
You should give it a chance, KabanServal gets better later on and is actually a cool character.
>skipping to the end just leave a bad rate
Tatsucucks sure have nothing better to do.
Dumb pancake cultist.
>that pic
So that is how distilled rage and disappointment looks
It's how autism and mental illness look like.
It's funny where contrarianism takes people.
No, I'd only do that if I wanted to die. I was walking around when a moose and its calf tried to TOTSUGEKI through me because some asshole scared it with their terrible winter driving.
It's also mental illness if you take it seriously.
keep COPEing, Kimura
I know about CMC, but is there any other fun fangames out there?
Imagine unironically defending this like your life depends on it
Kino.
imagine...
I mean look at this literal boy
this is flatter than a flatty flatty mcflat pancake kansas literal goddamn boy
she's a kid
she's a boy
Maybe it's just the artist's style, I wouldn't take it too seriously. IIRC all Friends are girls. Though the franchise doesn't make sense anymore so who knows.
she's failure
So all that's left is for Kimura to release ep 12.1 and get fired, right?
a flatty failure
or a boy
is Kyururu a friend? it would make sense, she came from a pile of sandstar, has no memories but a sort of institutional memory of a generic human, and
108 more episodes user, we'll talk at episode 120.1
But if he does 12.1 he will not have time to block people on twitter
Why make Kyururu's eyes so unnatural if she's just gonna be another human
It's anime.
Trying to defend this shitfest is not even funny as trolling anymore, it's just plain retarded
Thanks for the (Yous), cultists.
can i get uhhhh
source
>I was just pretending to be retarded! I swear!
Since you're so desperate, here's another one on the house.
This image pisses me the hell off, and I don't know why.
puppo
Tofu brains the bomber wasnt there because of big dog but to seal the volcano that was spewing out sandstar rho the whole episode showed the further up they got the more craters are seen near the peak
asamusuko
You don't seal volcanos with bombers.
But I respect your fanfiction even though I disagree with it.
Holy fuck that last episode was awful. This entire season has just been disappointment after disappointment.
Do you think there are people in the satellite/space station in the sky?
tfw no giant beep gf
Why didn't the humans in the space station just orbital-strike the volcano to seal it?
>diversion of lava
Irrelevant.
How so?
Here is your episode 12.1 user: twitter.com
How does one small volcano end all human life? While animals are still roaming around?
Read and then
It didn't?
OR DID IT?
It doesn't say they succeeded, I was just pointing out that they might have tried it.
because it's a dumb cat, user
a dumb cat
Diverting lava so it doesn't shrek populated areas != sealing a volcano so it stops shitting out sandstar completely.
>You don't seal volcanos with bombers.
There isn't doctrine to seal volcanos, period, but if it's an end-of-the-world emergency and you have enough ordinance available, I don't see why you wouldn't try
military.com
I know, but why not try it anyway?
>why? because fuck you that's why!
welp... can't argue against that, friend
What?
>but if it's an end-of-the-world emergency
So it was an end of the world emergency, and they failed to seal it? And so human are all dead because of that volcano but animals are still alive?
Meant for , oopsie
>human are all dead
Remember the space station?
So humans send one or several stealth bombers to try and seal the volcano. They only use conventional bombs and manage to remove half of the mountain but fail to seal the volcano. In the process one of the bombers (or maybe the sole bomber) crashes right on top of the mountain.
And then humans are extinct (no humans on earth) and only animals survived.
The absolute state of fanfiction writers.
If it was an end of the world scenario, why do we only see one bomber? And wouldn't Japari Park like not exist anymore from being nuked repeatedly?
>And then humans are extinct (no humans on earth)
Only this part is incorrect
Yeah so how do you know there are humans there?
Because space stations decay in orbit without maintenance.
>That ONE user that get upsted when KF2 get shit on
Every fucking thread, you started with the art, the characters, about Tatsuki no getting Mine's vision and you get desperate with the fucking bomber.
I know, you love your waifus and you still think KF is a waifu show, but whare if you're very wrong? Or your autism don't allow you to get that?
That's why you also close and ban people on Kemono Friend Hell?
How do you know it's manned and still operational. How do you know it's not maintained by Lucky Beasts or by an AI. Everything in the Park is automated, no reason to not have such levels or automation in space.
I seriously hope you're not comparing farming to space exploration.
yeah for someone who supposedly hates "fanfiction" he sure seems pretty fucking eager to talk about it
I do compare automation of keeping a park full of low-iq kemonos alive to automation of keeping a space station in orbit.
They can't even maintain the buses.
Was season 2 bad? No. Was it worse then season 1? Yes. We get it. Some of you hated it. You missed the friendship and the journey.
But fucking calm down your spergs.
Jesus. Yeah ok, move on.
keeping a space station alive in orbit requires more than just somebody to push a button, you need a rocket or nonconventional lift service to deliver fuel to the station so it can raise it's orbit again
this is accomplished on the ISS by using Soyuz and Progress missions
Yet they can feed an entire park of Friends.
>"Was season 2 bad? No"
Fuck off Kimura
With significant help from the friends you just posted.
Some of the 'professors' use tools. Some of the professors are wise owls who are fat.
I suspect they actually are the reason that so much shit is broken. They just tried to hit it until it worked.
We don't know that.
They can't even cook for themselves.
I can list several dozen things worse then season 2, user. "BUT BUT MY TANOSHII". Fuck off. Complaining about asshole friends? The one you're gushing over for 'season 3'? The ant eater? She straight up told Serval and Kaban to go away.
Because they're afraid of fire. I think they maintain the garden where the japari bun raw materials are grown.
Waaah waaah
My low budget SOUL filled season 1 was bought and got a hire budget and has even more mysteries now! And more friends! Why would Kadokawa do this!? WHY CAN'T THEY BE STOPPED.
When's the last time a fucking anime you sperged over got a second season, faggots.
Japari Buns are from an automatic machine (which Red Fox stole at one point.)
Name it then, i can't think something worse than KF2, even Eromanga Sensei has something called "Artistic Merits" when i watch how it was made it, even Sagiri's VA, Akane Fujita made animations for it.
The Anime Godzilla trilogy.
Yeah so they are useless.
They probably have the technology to not have to rely on conventional fuel from Earth.
Do we even know it's a space station? Do we even know if the space station isn't abandoned and is in the process of slowly de-orbiting?
Isn't that a countertop warmer for regular human buns?
>to not have to rely on conventional fuel from Earth
that's more of a fantasy than fucking sandstar lmao
Literally the only thing that matters in KF is waifus.
I will pick the bait, but, i don't think that more mysteries and more friends were the point of the show, but the bonds and how you can relate with it, in a very simplistic but creative way.
If you want more mean budge, and more because yes, more is good, then you're the most retarded human being right now.
Remember Psycho Pass Season 2?
>They probably have the technology to not have to rely on conventional fuel from Earth.
Now you're the one speculating. I fucking love this.
I seriously doubt Tigger actually died in the collapse, considering how intact it still is at the end of it. Probably just fell in the water and got wet.
Also Kaban and Dog need to comfort each other.
...
She has Bossu
I can go and play some shitty mobage and i'm pretty sure i will find better waifus than KF, the reason why you like them is thank to Tatsuki.
>inb4 cultist
>the reason why you like them is thank to Tatsuki
No.
Refute this claim now.
So you play the original game?
the reason i like it is because i love animal girls, retard
>Serval Space Program
Problem with Tatsuki cultists is that they have some kind of deep void to fill inside of them but instead of filling it with things they like, for some reason they desperately try to fill it with things they hate (or pretend to hate) instead.
It's not healthy.
What scares me most in season 2 is the intro, someone gave one of the friends a fucking air horn.
>Kemono Shock
Dumb pancake cultist.
>IP didn't change
Ok retard
This thread is a dumpster fire visible from space, thanks to his autism. How does someone even get this attached to KF2 anyway?
I'm fine, i get 12.1 and Kotobuki was a damm good show. Don't put your own void on us user.
Serval fucking fell of a mountain, Tiger Beast is fine.
Season 3 is this season.
The new game will have animated shorts, the 1st one has been translated too.
I can at least point what make SAOfags care about the damm show, but with KF2 is just "Waifus bros, what's else?" doesn't feel real, it's like watching School Days because of the cute romance in there.
Another problem with cultists is that they separate KF into two parts:
KF1 - the only true KF,
and the rest of the franchise
So it's either you are pro-Tatsuki and constantly shit on the rest of the franchise, or you are a KF2 lover / Kadokawa shill / Mine cultist, etc...
>Everything in the Park is automated
What about the power plant? The foxes were taking care of it by themselves.
There are solar panels everywhere.
You're just now figuring that out?
Yes but they didn't have energy near the mountain until they fixed it.
Just pointing it out.
There's no middle ground with cultists. It's just extremism. Literal KF terrorists.
M8. Look at the ratings of the KF2 episodes. Episode 1 was worse than KF1 but by far not as bad as the later episodes. In fact it was rather average, despite the fact that it was made by Kadokawa/Kimura. Then the ratings got worse and worse with almost every new episode. This should clearly tell you people didn't just hate on this, because of the producers.
They merely removed some clogging or something.
Where did they even get the knowledge about that.
THE BLACK BIRDS ARE IN LEAGUE WITH THE CERULEANS
THEY KNOW THAT MAN ARE ON THE MOON
THEY WANT TOTAL DOMINATION OF KEMONO FOR THEIR MASTERS
BEGONE chimp
Guess what? The game was shit along the manga, the only way to enjoy the fucking manga would be actually being a fucking y/u/ringger waiting to expect some kiss that will never happened.
>"B-but KF would be great without Tatsuki"
No and no, this is when people actually was right, KF was great because of Tatsuki's vision and interpretation of the story and the characters, Mine's vision was obsolute, boring and a waste of potential.
How to make KF a great show?, put a damm bomber and let people especulate and make their own mental games about it, because you're letting people get into the setting, and not separating from it.
Mine's vision could never afford that, because for him, what really matters was the fucking animals.
From the owls
don't @ me cultists
Where did the owls get the knowledge from?
1. They probably read about it in the library
2. Owls taught them what to do
3. Silver was a scientist in the game, so she could be super smart in the anime as well
The books in the library. Are you serious?
Even if Friends aren't literate, knowledge from the humans can still be passed down through oral tradition.
Still, they only removed some sulfur deposit. No advanced knowledge required.
I REFUSE TO GO ALONG WITH THIS
AND I'VE SEENT THROUGH YOUR LIES RYUICHI KIMURA
YOU WICKED, WICKED DEVIL
AAAAAAAAAAAAOOOOOOOOOOAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
>babies still crying about season 2.
I'm not Kimura
Can Wolf read? Did she not put any words in her manga because she knows most friends are illiterate?
See
Yes but the point is that it's not fully automated
I love how people are pretending that KF2 wasn't a complete and utter failure. I wish I was able to shut out reality like that.
Why don't you fucking get over it? Season 2 brought Kemono Friends back into the fucking public eye when the world was just forgetting it existed. Fuck off, get over it, cry about it. Season 2's key to get BETTER Kemono Friends products out there, even if they are fan made. Fuck. OFF.
>put a damm bomber and let people especulate and make their own mental games about it, because you're letting people get into the setting, and not separating from it.
I'm glad you liked it. But to me, it just looks like irresponsible writing. Basically just #YOLO and whatever happens happens.
It worked out decently for KF1 only because I believe that KF is indeed first and foremost about Friends and not about trying to figure out how Sandstar exactly works or what happened to humans or why is there a bomber and why are Friends all female, etc.
It's okay guys, Kaban already says goodbye.
I'm feeling kinda peckish
I brought Kemurikusa BD bro, fuck Kadokawa
They're the same people who jumped on the KF1 bandwagon when it got popular. They can't think for themselves, which is why they think they're still fighting against the people here who used to shit on KF1.
read the thread if you're honestly curious about why mine put the bomber there
KF wouldn't have gotten nearly as popular without the speculation and Tatsuki knew that, while Kimura and Kadokawa didn't. It's simple as that. Whether it's more about Friends or more about plot doesn't matter. Even small amounts of spice can have a large effect on the meal.
If you want to be mad, be mad at the people behind KF2.
Fucking good for you. Don't care. Get over it.
there's more than one manga
is there any way to read them?
Thanks birb, ill remember to take it when you start singing again
Oh I'm plenty mad at Kadokawa already. Godzilla anime trilogy. Was meant to be 12 episodes. They put 12 episodes worth of plot in fucking 3 1 hour long movies. Focused mainly on an asshurt human trying to kill Godzilla, he was Ghidorah's battery, and then decides to off himself instead of staying alive and plowing some moth/human girl hybrid pussy? Fuck OFF.
There's WORSE out there to be mad about.
It worked actually pretty good, because what lure people into the show wasn't the damm animals but the eerie feeling of mistery surrounding Japari Park.
And what make the KF2 so fucking disgusting and shit is that they tried the same thing and failed. A FUCKING SPACE STATION?! We're getting invaded by some alien force and we're in the fucking space? Yes, let's go were they got the superior force, doesn't make sense at all.
The bomber made so much sense when you listen to Mirai's records, because more about her, is what's going on on the background that told you anything.
I don't know bro, it's like KF doesn't treat me like a fucking shonenfag and makes me to listeng the plot when you can show it to develop other ideas.
If you understand what it's like to be angry about something, why are you telling me not to be? How would you feel if I told you to suck it up over Godzilla?
I did suck it up. It happened. Nothing I can do about it.
KF2 had speculation as well. It's just that the questionable changes and glaring plot holes already broke my immersion with the series.
I know we have a metric fuckton of garbage anime each season, but I just hope that the trend of producing extracheap vague "speculation" borderline indie projects will never take off.
I won't call it spice myself. Like I said, I just call YOLO irresponsible writing and I don't think this kind of things are necessary to produce good anime.
It worked for KF1 because again, plot and setting in KF1 is less relevant than characters and interactions.
Same about KF2, suck it and leave, we will shit on this mess until the end of times, cultist or not.
I'm sorry you made that choice. It's not one that I, or many others, will mimic.
...
Tsutomu already did with Kotobuki, and it was fantastic
>I'M ANGRY
>ANGRY ABOUT KADOKAWA
Those people.... they will never be at peace....
Is there anything we can do to help them...
>I'm angry at KFP
Fixed
The point of season 2 is that sometimes you should just fuck off lol
Yes, by mocking the shit out of Kadokawa every single time the fuck up something.
By a economic point of view, Tatsuki's firing was the worst choice, they didn't win anything, they lose something big that now is the Mida's of the decade.
What angry people is how, with money and time, can you fucked up something build before, something that was actually good and made it care and love. That's what people angry about, and the angry toward Kadokawa was something from years back before this.
And you were able to do that because you had time. So give me my time.
great post
Look at this magical otter.
There are still people who think all the KF2 hate comes from Tatsuki being removed from the project, but that's not it at all.
It's about KF2 objectively being a piss-poor anime, and how it and the people behind it disrespect the legacy of the first season.
Aren't you 7 months too early.
Or maybe 5 months too late.
Halloween was five months ago, Otter.
TANOSHII HAS NO EXPIRATION DATE!
Friends, today is the day we finally defeat otter and take the castle!
Try to explain that to THAT user.
The great Lion-Moose alliance is the only way
FOOL! Do you know what happened to the last friend who tried!?
Pretty sure a lot people agree that S2 was a let down. But it wasn't bad enough to warrant such reaction. So yeah, it is 99% about Tatsuki, Kadokawa, Kimura, Mine, the legacy, the one true KF, disrespecting this and that etc...
Nothing will stop Moose from claiming the greatest ass in all of Japari Park!
but otter has jaguar on her side
QUICK, JAGUAR, SET DOWN THE DEFENSES!
It's my idea, or only 1 person keep replying to himself to let this thread alive with baits and calling other people Tatsukifags?
Great thread, i will back to Tate thread, at least i can get memes from there.
but how does this explain episode 1's ratings?
>finally finished reading the whole thread
>mfw i have no face
I must give thanks to the autist triggered about the bomber on S1, he gave me quite a laugh
It doesn't matter, KDKW have made an enemy out of an entire generation of children
no one can stop jaga and otter
You can be proud to hold this opinion, because you're the customer that KFP was under the impression that there would be thousands of.
>implying anyone can beat Otter
Otter always wins
FENNEC'S DOING HER BEST TO FREE ARAI LEGALLY!
It's just one fuckwit. Look at the style
>etc...
Needs to fuck off back where he come from.
He's from a jewbook page called Kemono Friends Hell, his post are the exact same, and his images comes from Discord.
>KF2 wasn't that bad, anime doesn't need a story that doesn't fall apart if you even look at the seams, tons of foreshadowing that isn't abandoned, animation that's above 10 FPS, natural characters that aren't just walking plot devices, or make the viewer not feel disappointed and angry after each episode.
How the fug do I get furenzu in Pavilion?
Serval, take down those defenses!
You don't have to blindly defend KF2 to show that you love the Kemono Friends franchise. Stop acting like you were satisfied or you'll just get more of the same.
HU HU HU~ IT IS ME, LION
But I thought Lion was a part of the invasion force!
Now that that hack Tatsuki is gone we can have 120 episodes of KF as god intended.
I am completely convinced.
It's hilarious that despite kemurikusa being over, Tatsuki managed to BTFO KF2 yet again.
>people actually having tanoshii
>decides to come in and try to shitpost
just ignore them user, they have mental retardation
Lion broke the Alliance
MOOSE YOU GOTTA LEAVE
no seriously how the fuck did this happen
BUT LION AND MOOSE ARE IN AN IMPORTANT MEETING ABOUT HOW TO STORM THE CASTLE!
Not shitposting just stating the truth, the real shitposting is done by the cultist faggot.
>escaping reality
That's not healthy anons.
IMPOSSIBLE, lion is outside preparing for the battle!
I thought we were already storming the castle!
Never forget.
What's even the gameplay of Pavillon? And is it region locked?
The thread was going so well before showed up, eh?
This. That's reddit/discord tier, pretending everything is fine while the franchise goes up in flames (I don't want to happen BTW).
OUR TROOPS ARE CROSSING THE MOAT AS WE SPEAK! WE NEED ORDERS, SIR!
In the confusion, Aria-San makes a daring escape! May the seas be merciful to her!
You don't have to be here if you don't like the thread. You can make a separate thread for activism if you want.
>the /u/ boogeyman
Stopped reading there.
A HIGH SPEED WATER CHASE BREAKS OUT!
This is nothing about activism, just venting my frustrations over something that I loved go down in flames. Better than sticking my fingers in my ears and pretending nothing is wrong.
Meanwhile at the fortress of evil...
They didn't learn anything about KF, Serval would encorage you to face your problems head on, not lyng to yourself living with lies.
Never forget what they did, don't play their shit, don't buy their shit, if you loved KF better let it die as a tanoshii memory than a mediocre and an insult to the fans.
Be happy Kemono Friends even got a second season.
Considering KF2 shit on everything the original stood for I would be fine with it not existing.
"HOW COME NO ONE STORMS MY CASTLE!?"
>Be happy Kemono Friends even got a second season.
Not in this case, most fans pretends it never existed.
I'm not going to stop liking cute Friends because of corporate dickery. I have the luxury of being able to consume media without paying for it or supporting it, and can instead spend money on fanworks.
You only say it shit on your vision of season 1.
Sanctuary is within sight! Don’t give up now Aria-san!
F A T
actually you know what it doesnt matter, theres just been weird shit going on with kemofure on NND, like how this video nicovideo.jp
People wanted to see how bad it would be the end, and it was shit.
It is activism as people are actively trying to convert others and make them join the #FuckKadokawa bandwagon.
If you didn't like KF2 then good for you. B there are people who don't lose their minds over it being worse than the first season.
A CELEBRATION TO ARAI'S FREEDOM!
Hiro really needs to step up and start offering counseling services.
I'm not trying to 'convert' anybody I don't give a flying fuck what other people think. I tried to give KF2 an honest chance and it turned out it was made by people who wanted to piss off the fans of the original.
>Kadokawa's corporate dickery on one side
>Tatsuki's cult's dickery on the other
I do hope S3 fixes what S2 didn't.
>You need android 5+ for pavillon
Are you FUCKING kidding me
just emulate friend
In the end, Otter decided to share her castle with Moose and all the other friends cause it was more fun to share.
How about you go to reddit if you want a hugbox. It's not like people are derailing discussion or getting off-topic.
You can emulate it. I haven't gotten around to it yet.
Oh right
Completely forgot about that. I even have genymotion already installed.
>not using Twitter posts and hearsay to become emotionally attached to one side of the other
Clearly you're the insane one here.
But did Moose get that ass?
Real ending: Otter is fucking dead, and I can't believe it
>What's even the gameplay of Pavillon?
Have you seen Neko Atsume? Pavillion is just that, put toys and see the characters standing or playing with the toys. The only gameplay is some shitty race were you gain coins and materials to build more toys. youtu.be
> And is it region locked?
I dont know. Maybe? You can just download the apk from Qooapp or any other website.
Moose got to be friends with otter, who decided to share everything. Even her ass.
Moose already has her concubine shoebill
Beaver at some point, munched on a bench, as well. So all is good in the world.
I just want KF, man. But the moment I say I didn't quite like KF2 as much as KF1 (which is not to say I didn't like KF2) I get called a cultist and when I say I liked what Tatsuki did for KF1 but didn't quite like Kemurikusa I get called a corporate shill.
So cute.
You are trying a bit too hard there.
Yes, I just had fun with
FENNEC IT'S NOT WHAT YOU THINK
>liking something makes you a cultist
While I enjoyed Kemurikusa, I didn't think it was good as KF1 and I nearly dropped it after the first three episodes (I'm glad I didn't).
All I wanted was a continuation of the original series, when I realized KF2 wasn't going to be that, then I at least wanted something that was good on its own and respected the original. I didn't get any of these things.
It was. The production quality was even worse than s1, which originally had no right to gain the amount of popularity it did. And whatever made s1 become the miracle child that it was is now completely missing in s2. S2 is garbage that hangs off the coattails of its predecessor, dragging them both through the mud. If s1 had the current level of production then no one would have bothered to keep watching it.
> I at least wanted something that was good on its own and respected the original. I didn't get any of these things.
See Kemono Instinct, posted earlier in the thread.
ITT people talking about KF2 are getting told by other people to get out of their secret club
I'll install pavillion only if they add Tomoe.
Why
I will, I'm glad the fans at least understand what KF is all about. It seriously could have been the next touhou.
>Kemono Instinct
I'm suddenly reminded of Far Cry.
Coolest fucking crew right here
>Theres a timeline were it has terabytes and terabytes of Kemono Friends remixes.
I wonder if there was any remix albums of S1 OST?
Am I wrong?
This shit right here is glorious. Can't wait for more.
The funny thing is that KF2 was an attempt in making KF into a long-running universe like Touhou. But in order to lay down that framework, they had to get rid of what KF1 brought into the franchise. Too bad they didn't realize how angry that would make fans.
The thing is the ending of KF1 was completely open and they could have done anything with it.
It wasn't really open. It was only open in a sense that it didn't terminate the franchise. Otherwise, the fact that Kaban and Serval were sent outside the island already sets a lot of constraints on what you can and can't do.
They were heading to another part of the park, it was even a smaller island than S1, they still had park central completely unexplored.
Theres a few albums. I rememeber someone posting the whole album of this. youtube.com
Let me see if I bookmarked.
The characters of Kaban and Serval had little room for development after the events of S1, so that didn't fit their plain. They needed a blank slate, hence why they brought in Kyururu (who saw no significant growth in S2) and wiped Serval's memories.
The problem is that the islands are completely separate. It would be kind of okay if the land was connected so all previously encountered Friends would still be there.
They didn't even need to leave the first island. During S1 they only explored like maybe 25% of the island.
> It seriously could have been the next touhou.
There already is an immense amount of fan art for this series, yes.
No, there was no real reason to do this.
Yes, if you continue the franchise maybe you're better off in focusing on another group of friends at some point, but you don't really have to mess with what happened in S1, there are millions of animals and their specie's mannerisms and many human things that you could depict.
