I just checked and chapter 98 says that it has been 113 years since an Upper Moon was killed, so the siblings became Upper Moon #6 around then. Although they might have been part of the Lower Demon Moons for a while before that.

The current Pillars may be stronger than average, and I don't think that Pillars have a very high life expectancy since the oldest Pillar is only 27, having been a Pillar for about 10 years while the other Pillars seem to be in their early 20's/late teen's on average. To become a Pillar, you only need to defeat one of the Twelve Demon Moons or 50 demons, although it would make sense to me if that just meant that you are eligible to replace a deceased Pillar after those requirements.

While I do think that her kill count is pretty high for only a century it may be possible that she killed a disproportionate amount do to her occupation. Perhaps in a Pillar's young life they wish to let off some steam, so they make the rounds to the Red Light district and when Daki finds out their identity she kills them when they are unawares? If she kills them quickly the message may not get out that she's there and they may be unable to confirm that the death was due to a Upper Moon, therefore making encounters with Upper Moons seem less common.

Also, it may be possible that lets say 50 years ago a Pillar died and was replaced with someone who barely meets the requirements leading to their quick death. On the topic of Upper Moon rarity it may be that they have been more rare only recently. The longest serving member of the Demon Corps that we have been introduced to is the leader who was only 24 when he died. He's been the leader since he was at least 14, probably longer so I'll say between 10-16 years. It's possible that before he took control of the Demon Corps Upper Moon Demons were more common, but due to the short lifespan of the leaders and Pillars that gets ignored in the face of their recent experiences.

While I think it's within their power to do that to a certain extent, I also think that their personalities would prevent it. None of the Demon Moons seem to have good social skills and even Daki seemed to have been hated and only maintained her position through fear.
Muzan also seems to kill anyone who makes him upset like when he killed 4 of the Lower Demon Moons after Spider guy died. Maybe if they took some therapy lessons they could do it?

Young and handsome, he is one of the most skilled demon hunters to ever live.
Any other pillar simply couldn't compare to him. Many tried to challenge him, but they were forced to just accept the truth:
No one can compare to Giyuu Tomioka.
Demons shiver in fear whenever they see him.
Great as he might be, though, he still has his fair share of flaws, one of them being hated by his jealous allies for his superior skills.
Anyway, Tomioka still stands as one of the best, if not THE best characters in Shonen Manga as a whole.
