Reading through the thread at this argument, it's really just a case of two viewpoints, which I'll dub the tropefag vs the evidencefag.

Evidencefag states, correctly, that there is no actual, tangible evidence whatsoever that the two characters are in love, or have ever loved, each other. In fact, with time, you could easily debate away all of the sightings we've seen so far with pretty reasonable explanations.

However, the tropefag, being savvy in the genre, recognizes that while it's not evidence, there are flags being raised, and story elements that hint at setting up a particular trope or route are "everywhere".

The debate comes from the fact that tropefag believes "raised flag = evidence", while the evidencefag is more cautious, and realizes that there is merit in waiting things out until actual evidence shows up rather than putting all of his emotional eggs into the basket.

I think your examples are a little further ahead in the development cycle. In my opinion, Miko simply has a degree of interest in Ishigami, and recent events have had her consider him from a different perspective for a moment. I think you think I'm stating something more than I am. I am just making observations of her personality and how they relate to when she receives the heart. I hope the whole Iceguya thing doesn't go past Christmas. It's clear that Iceguya is just Kaguya trying to: 1) avoid being hurt (this latest chapter pretty much confirmed this), 2) save face (we were shown she's desperate to save face that she trained the way Hayasaka told her just to keep a poker face, and Iceguya is just a more advanced form of that).
Her issue started when Haysaka told her she had gone overboard with the frenchkiss, which made Kaguya go into panic mode, since she thought Shirogane may think poorly of her because of that. Her mental court room also shows she thinks agreeing to go with Shirogane to Stanford was too reckless of her, and likely an unrealistic promise she made, because she did it at a time when she was overflowing with happiness.
So, considering those two things, I wonder what Shirogane has to do to make her feel at ease. Sure, he could somehow learn about what it's afflicting her, but the deal with her going with him to the US is an entirely different deal. I'm sure Kaguya thinks she cannot so easily leave the Shinomiya family and go with Shirogane to the US, so they'll have to confront the family somehow.

Anyhow, regarding this chapter, gotta love how Maki read Shirogane and Kaguya perfectly.

I mean, I can understand some frustration considering how awesome the Dual Confessions chapters were, but it was clear there was something wrong with Kaguya when she agreed to go to Stanford. Furthermore, you could tell that, despite them advancing their relationship a lot, neither of them were fully honest with each other (hell, Shirogane even admitted to himself that, since Kaguya agreed to go with him to Stanford, then he didn't have to confess, because he still had time to make her do so). Then there's also the fact that they were never going to properly move on, without having to deal with the Shinomiya family first.

In fact, if anything, this is good. The whole Iceguya issue shows that, unless they're honest with each other, them failing to understand each other's feelings will keep happening, meaning that this event will force Shirogane and Kaguya to come clean with each other.

The unfortunate truth of the industry is that the most common tropes in romcoms involve myriad excuses to put off any meaningful character development whenever possible. When you say Kaguya is a "well-executed romcom", that in itself is a subversion of what's usually expected out of the romcom genre. Aka has gotten into a trend of reaching points where the reader expectation should be for some bullshit to get in the way, then playing things straight like in a conventional drama whilst still implementing good comedy all around the place.

That said, this IshiMiko stuff couldn't involve more dramatic irony if he tried. The readers have already been led on an insane amount to expect an IshiMiko conclusion while the characters themselves still feel virtually nothing. The dullest of all things that could possibly happen now is for them to start falling in love naturally. Aka doesn't do dull, so I don't believe this will be the case.
