I'm hyped for you, wish I could forget everything and go back to reread KKOW again with fresh eyes, it's such a memorable experience. I'd even dare to say that KKOW goes above just being one of the greatest delinquent comedy works, it's probably one of the greatest manga comedy works in general in that time period. As the other user says, there is an OVA, but it's nothing more than a quick animated recap of the first parts of the manga. Definitely worth a watch at some point since it's comfy as all hell to see certain really great scenes animated and voiced, but at the same time it only covers a fraction of what happens in the manga and misses some of the funnier arcs. Enjoy!

Tokyo Revengers sells pretty decent for a shonen magazine delinquent manga published in the current year

The big difference is that even delinquents will at least TRY to work towards their goal. They're people who are looked down on society because of social standing and various other reasons. But they WORK to be good and don't get god powers.
