3) you tell your slaves to use your comic books to recruit more people. 4) By random chance you get a stand user. Think about it now you have a loyal stand user for your personal slave army. 5) You create a organization like Diavolo only your slaves are 100% magically loyal to you so no rebellions. Think about this. 6) Your army brainwashes a stand user. 7) Ultra op mode now. (your army) Brainwash normies and then order them to get stabbed by stand arrows. Congratulations you are generating new stand users from already loyal normies, no need to to use your own stand user army to try to brainwash other stand users.
At this point you are snowballing out of control. world domination is at your hands.
I'm not even talking about how easy it is to start the brainwashing excluding dumb luck/plot armor or some ridiculously specific bullshit stands. You simply can take your manga pages put them in a envelope and drop them sealed into peoples mailboxes or mail them to people. >Hey what is this something for me >Lets look >Wait is this some manga? Removing plot armor this is a instant kill. If you are this paranoid about this randomly happening why not simply have a test of loyalty in the factory after making a stand user the overseer slave orders the new user to cut off his head(think DIO) if he hesitates the brainwashing is confirmed to be removed. If he cuts it off a healer heals him (I'm assuming you got stand users with this ability at this point).

This is why you brainwash people who are calm and are not in combat with you. You don't use this ability to fight people, you use it to brainwash people and then get a army of stand users to fight for you while you chill and relax in your base.
