it always amazes me how ridiculously talented singers the entire sympho cast is i hear their seiyuus in so many other anime doing voices across the whole spectrum and just having that in the back of my head is a really interesting feeling yoko hikasa doing her prissy high society voice then remembering she can turn around and fucking belt out a banger r&b song, that's something you only see in the anime industry with any frequency. western VAs that also sing are usually for preschool cartoons and pbs kids shows to teach morals or ABCs and stuff
