Its similar to MagiReco except instead of targeting your opponent, you have to go through the tank to the backline, or just nuke the fuck out of the opponent until they have nothing but the tank left. No, not really. 90% of the PVE content is extremely easy. With a bit of farming, maxed out 3* butas can clear most of the content. But then there's this huge gap in difficulty with the other 10%. Stuff like the highest level event boss battles, challenge quests, and some other high tier quests can only be cleared with a pay to play team. PVP is fun at the lower ranks, but as soon as you pass gold, the fights are just RNG cancer. The biggest problem right now is that they introduced a busted unit and have no way of retrogressing their mistake other than by releasing characters that are only good because they counter that one busted character. And of course since PVP is live, it's basically pay to play.
But the game's worst aspect is that it's just not fun to play. Unless you are rolling 4* characters out the ass and have to farm mats to max them out, once you have your strongest possible team, you don't have much to do other than login and do the dailies. Then there's the aspect that at most times, you are not playing the game yourself. You can auto complete any nodes you have already done without any huge consequence making farming just clicking on a node and skip 10 times and even though boss battles are unskippable, whether or not you just use the auto function makes no difference.
That makes the PVP the only fun aspect, but without a meta team, you won't get much mileage.
Also, there's the bs with their main story not having updated in half a year now.
