And if you still have doubts, past chapters have confirmed they aren't only in her head. There is one where an old woman with weak spiritual powers can see them too (to a lesser degree) and she tried to help Mieruko, to no avail.

Nope. In objective reality, it would be boring if they were just hallucinations. That kind of plot is cliché as fuck and has no potential for interesting developments, it makes the story too much about the person instead of being about the ghosts that end up just being hallucinations inside her head.

The "It was all just a dream" kind of plot needs to die and burn together with every person that dares doing that trash plot device.

in chapter 5 she cracks after all the stoicism, she is either going to crack permanently or use her powers as a paranormal superhero helping the spirits move on

Manga with monsters that only the MC can see are not uncommon. A manga showing things the way a schizophrenic person would see them would be very interesting. But only possible if the author himself is schizo.
