it's really just a bad game. 2/3 of the routes have shit maps, 3/3 of the routes have shit stories, the vast majority of the characters are bad, and the main lord is a complete and total retard. For all the shit I give Awakening, Fates is by far the worse of the 2 by just being bad

After that Arvis was effectively powerless, you can even see this in the game where he reluctantly bows down to Julius about the Child Hunts
