Those saying it's the last chapter are bullshitting, and if not, this is hands down the most disappointing ending I've ever read

At the last page, 'Next chapter is epilogue' is written.

I blame the moment they tried to make me sympathize with demons other than Mel. I completely tuned out.

It can be carried by its supporting cast like what's happening in nnt.

Kongou Banchou still had a wonderful final battle full of over the top stuff that was paced well and previously gave the rest of the team time to shine, including the greatest moments of fuckery from the coward banchou.
And Akira's brother was way better fleshed out than the demon king. He was built up for most of the manga, we saw what he is capable of, we understood that their family ain't humans, we had an ark about super soldier so the final battle being absolutely crazy weren't unexpected whatsoever. Here it's just a fluke. No buildup, no good action, no emotions behind anything.

Right after the end of the first ark. Particularly the chapter with the power eye. It still had moments of relative greatness for the next 100 chapters but then nothing could hide how much Nakaba got disinterested in his own universe.

Started reading Kenichi in 2008 only for it to turn into absolute mess from Apachai's arc and up until the ending.
Started reading Nanatsu since last year only for it to gradually drop in quality after (or maybe even during) Ten Commandments arc.
Maybe I should pick up shounens only after they end.

The series clearly got canned, the author did what he could and he did great.

Considering how big the destruction was already at the very, very start of Nanatsu, it really should have kept increasing to get to the levels of Toriko's final fight.
So fucking disappointing, you know there is something damn wrong when the first bad guy does casual attacks that are comparable in scale to the final boss.

Volume 35 ended at chapter 293. 26 should be ending at 302. Which means the assumed final volume 37 will end at 311. That's another 5 chapters for the epilogue.
