I totally would, but honestly we don't need a remake.
What would be better is if they did like one or two cour (so full 25 eps) to cover all the better arcs not covered by the OVA's + the final arc and ending. That or do a series of OVA's.
Topics to cover in OVA or TV continuation/wrap up:
1. Miss Minako introduction + Her date with Soun
2. Ryoga x Akari intro and double date at the park with Ranma and Akane
3. Akane's Battle Suit
4. Final arcs for Nadoka (meets Ranma as a guy, then forces Ranma to peep on Akane to prove he's manly.)
5. Herb Arc
6. Final Jusenkyo Arc + Wedding semi-Ending finale.
I think we'd be good at that point....unless you'd wanna do a show about Ranma and Akane with too many kids since they had no self control after admitting their feelings + getting married.

80's and 90's anime has sort of the chipmunk style nose. Modern anime tends to use the minimalist no-nose look. The difference is easy to spot.

That's what sucks the most. Akane is such a fucking shitty character. It's always the same in every chapter, she always mistreats and mistrusts Ranma when all he ever does is protect her.
Alternative endings wouldn't make sense because Ranma has a sense of honor and discipline. I doubt he'd be happy with Akane as much as he'd be with Shampoo and especially Ukyo.

She never understands them in the manga. It takes other characters to translate Ranma's feelings for her before she manages to muddle through them, and even then she remains a bitch to him. The show, for all its amping up of Akane's temper and violence, treats her empathy with much nicer gloves than the manga ever expressed.
