Fonts are super easy to pirate and no one cares if you use them for private purposes, it's pretty much undetectable most of the time that way.

I liked the font they used for Kino no Tabi that I recently watched.

unlike most of you small brain weebs I took the time to actually learn japanese.

I use the Proxima Nova family a lot because its a great font for infographs, posters and other "information design" but I don't really see it as useful for subtitles. It's just too wide.
