It's worth watching for the OST alone, though its tone is a lot lighter than Sekiro's. the dub is pretty great too
I'd also suggest watching Ninja Scroll and maybe Basilisk since they're more tonally similar to Sekiro. At the very least watch the former since it's a movie so that should give you a quick fix.
