I love this opening. Both the Japanese and English versions. None of the other openings of the series ever really clicked with me.

Seriously, as someone who loved Rurouni Kenshin, but always hated that opening, I'm genuinely curious to know what people like about it so much. The second opening wasn't exactly fantastic either, but I vastly preferred it to Sobakasu. The fact that the EDs and general OST were always fantastic made it stand out more.

It's mostly because I already don't like Duran Duran, but the song choice in this one just irritates me. I actually prefer the English opening, where they couldn't get the rights to the song and had to make an instrumental piece for it that, in my opinion, fits much better.
