The issue here is that whoever introduced that term in the west thought that "kyonyuu" was too difficult for dumb English-speakers to say so he generalized everything under "oppai". As far as I know, bakunyuu is pretty much the same as kyonyuu too, the difference being how they're so big they always feel like they're about to burst out of clothes (thus, the "baku" part).
