Yeah, if they want to draw a truly fit girl, looks like they're more than capable and still stay cute.

You can rest easy that this manga turned anime will not be telling you specific "cool" ingredients to eat, like drinking alkalized water, activated almonds, emu meat balls, cacao nibs and organic spirulina. It just tells you not to stuff your face with deep-friend everything as fast as possible every day, then offering up suggestions of extremely cheap-to-purchase and easy-to-find foods.
Fit will enjoy anime exists that glorifies weightlifting.
But holy cow, /fit/ will hate absolutely any advice that's not directly in the sticky. It's the kind of board atmosphere where if you don't already agree and preach absolutely everything about, like, powerlifting to be like Shaw or something, the insults and bitterness will be endless.

If you are trying to lose fat, rather than weight, then you need to keep your insulin levels low. Avoid everything with "added" sugar, keep your carbs under 65 grams a meal, etc. So long as carbs are available, the body will not burn fats.
