I didn’t think I was the bad guy when I first watched it but eventually I came around to the idea and embraced it. I actually ended up liking being the villain for once in a series. It’s a change of pace and it kind of shows how there’s different perspectives to characters in anime. It’s an underrated series.

Einz has done nothing wrong. Truth be told it's the subordinates who are the insufferably edgy pricks, but that's mainly because they're created beings with no sense of empathy or desire other than what was interpreted from the flavor text attached to their NPC avatars in our world.

Worldbuilding will be axed and novel will be rushed to early ending at 18-20 vol.
Maruyama is afraid of hype he said so on twitter several times.
The issue with extensive worldbuilding is you spread yourself too thin and cannot tie up shit in a satisfactory ending that would live up to fan expectations.
He is already axing chekhov guns by resolving then with just a few lines when it could've been a chapter, a side-story or good drama CD material.
And it will get only worse.
All for the wrestling romcom series he wants to write next.
