Last chapter showed that Yuuna doesn't need a human body to have kids with Kogarashi(provided they don't mind the kids only being half human).
In hindsight, it was shown way further back.
Back then it wasn't clear if it was an attribute of Oboro's brother being a god, or him being a dragon that let him having Yuuna as a wife be possible. Last chapter clarified and established that all that matters is having the raw power to make it work, and Kogarashi and Yuuna both have more than sufficient power.
Not necessarily, creature was used which just led to the assumption of it. It's just that people forget that people can also fall under that category. The world also having bizzare magic techniques from relics or beings should've also made people more open to the possibility.

In any case it was vague enough that the author put it in as a reminder to readers(much like the one random dude reminding the other that Sagiri and Hibari are cousins not sisters), and it was treated as revelation for Yuuna as well. So while the groundwork as laid a while ago, last chapter removed all reasonable doubts.
I wonder how many other elements from old chapters the author plans to reuse. First it was the seal crystal, now it's the youth potion.

She was the only one considering the harem end with oboro so i hope it goes that way but i can't read shit so i don't know if the next chapter is a direct continuation with the kids or it was just a 1 chapter thing and move on to the next arc.
Well, judging by the text spoilers, Chisaki is talking about being relieved that everyone it's squabbling over Kogarashi the way before, but thinks that Oboro's proposal went to far. Yuuna's just offering some generic agreement.
