Singapore here. Our roads are pretty safe.
I also hear that in Bhutan it's not only ridiculously hard to get a driver's license, the roads there are so dangerous that the speed limit is 40km/h, so you pretty much have to be a good driver just to navigate those roads on a daily basis.
