I don't think Law will "betray" Luffy in the sense of becoming a villain or fucking him over during a crucial part of Wano or whatever but I wouldn't discard the idea that once this Alliance is over, he pulls some piratey shit like stealing the Poneglyphs and taking off with the info after Robin reads them, or something like that, becoming a "rival" of sorts (of course not to make him a primary antagonist, just a secondary character who's out there that's not quite an enemy but not quite an ally for the moment, sort of like Luffy's WB).
The only problem with that would be that Law during Dressrossa became a completely one-note character who only cared about this personal revenge and nothing else, and he never got any focus again to try and keep alive the fact that he's still aiming for PK (like in ).
What would even be the point? He's a non-character. Who cares if he dies. Making him do something unexpected though, now that would be nice (but not something stupid like "I was working for Kaido all along")
