Reallistically speaking, what are the odds of Vrains being actually just part I of the adventure of the current cast and there being a "next series" focusing on the real world once the VR adventure is done? I've started to think it could be what they are aiming for after realizing Links really stabilized the game and the playerbase is growing in a healthy way. I think Konami and NAS in general have been playing it safe lately and they will not ming extending link era as long as they can. I mean, what else could explain having given Soulburner two well animated episodes in a row whilst having made only 2 OPs in over 95 episodes? Or focusing this much on the VR while having set up a nice scenary and other stuff in their real world? School, Cafénagi, Stardust road, The duel club, Trigate bridge, Saruburger, etc.

I can't tell if it's a problem with the textures/lighting/shaders, or if the models themselves are the issue, but the monsters in Legacy of the Duelist look like ass.

I think only the most iconic monsters get those animations and on top of that it is very likely that the story mode of VRAINS only covers the events of the first season, so no Cyberse rituals and on.
