Men and women can't interact without it being romantic. It goes against their very instincts.

Likewise, anime needs to express more forms of platonic love. There are other forms of love other than sexual. Maquia is one of the better ones I remember lately, off the top of my head, that revolves more so around familial love (not the incest fucking kind). On the other hand, I want all my VNs to have h-scenes of them fucking the heroine. I don't want all this PG-13 shit where no fucking happens or it fades to black and you're left speculating what, if anything, happened.

The only times men and women interact where it isn't based on romance or lust is:

Women and men interact just for breeding, if a man could be able to give birth, I wouldn't talk to a female ever. Don't fall for the """""friends""""" meme.

I make comics and I enjoy not putting in overt romance.
People can like eachother, but if the romance gets too powerful it *takes control* of the whole comic.
And also since straightforward "healthy" romance isn't super interesting to others, you're almost compelled to make misunderstandings, and rivals, and etc etc.
It's just not interesting to me.
