Only real problem I have with the adaption is moving the Kaguya helping Ishigami scene, and even that I can see the argument for wanting to flesh out his character more earlier as he only appears half way through the season - and also gives more meaning to him helping Kaguya in next ep.
I'm pretty sure they'll cover the Chika teaches Prez chapter in S2 as it can fit in easily but is called back to in at least 2 future chapters.
Ending with airplanes could be a problem, but I'll wait to see how they actually do it before complaining.

Limited number of episodes. If they wanted to adapt everything, they'd need more to work with. I think +4 would have done the trick.

Yeah, but I think Singing should be main episode material not OVA. Honestly, they should cover it in the first ep of S2 because pic related is one of the best moments of the choosing electives chapter. And with that one exception, they've done a great job picking chapters that have to adapted (even if they're some of the weaker ones, like the advice ones) for the sake of future callbacks.

The next episode will feature chapters that have no character introduction, so the only guess is that they'll include a character tease. The only exception is a butler who will get a single line and disappear from the story right after, without even an introduction, so I doubt it's him.
