From a conservative look, someone spending time doing nothing with life is already committing a sin, it includes all kind of videos from any website and TV. For anime theme point of view, the first thing one would notice is vanity and ego. One from the characters’ physical appearance, especially on girls, and the other is how the story always resolve around someone getting all the rewards for little to no effort.
In general, most high ground moral characters fall easily in that allegory of the fake beggar spreading modesty while having a fortune under his bed.
