Who are you quoting?

Attached: 2fxlo1G.jpg (2900x3993, 980K)

Kubo dropped the whole afterlife thing. SS is just an alternate dimension made of samurai wizards who live exactly the same as we do.

Okay but why does the West Branch not murder the Hollow's indiscriminately like the East?

Is there a problem with that?

Attached: Kubo.png (334x333, 199K)

cause nips are degenerates

Wait, what?

can't newfag much harder than this. It's like seeing stupid fucking kids use the arrows on YouTube because they think it means something accross the whole internet that it doesn't

im glad this whole shitshow is over i guess the moral of the story was dont drink bleach motherfucker

...

Loser is life?
Kill yourself and have a wife and kids in the after life!

This was the ultimate message of bleach

That was established since the start of the series. Didn't you know it until the last chapter? Wow

On Brave Souls news. We are finally shown Tokinada in color.

Saiki kusuo no psi nan is having a new anime, Sorcerous stabber Orphen too, and they aren't really popular series, and plus they ended, especially Orphen (15 years), time ago. What criterion producers will have to decide which series to produce.
I'm sure Kubo has had some offer from Netflix to remake Bleach but he didn't accept (or Pierrot still has the Bleach rights and he can't accept)

>they ended, especially Orphen (15 years), time ago
Well, I correct myself, it seems Orphen currently has a manga series, and the novels indeed ended in 2015

In the Netflix version of Saint Seiya, Shun is going to be a girl. If they asked Kubo to make changes like this I'm sure Kubo wouldn't accept

>Kubo dropped the whole afterlife thing
Dead people still go there

>children can have souls

The issues with Bleach are that
1) Kubo made a really good deal with Shueisha, which allowed him to get a much bigger cut of the pie compared to most mangaka. This is why he's disproportionately wealthy compared to Kishi or Oda, but it also means that there's a lower rate of return for Shueisha, which lowers their incentive to fund more anime.
2) The anime would be a pretty massive endeavor. We're not talking about 13 or 25 episodes here. With a rushed pacing it would be around a year's worth of episodes, but something like 80-100 would be more realistic. This makes it a more risky investment.
Having said that, the series was and to an extent still is phenomenally successful and we know Shueisha is eager to milk their most profitable franchises. They clearly haven't abandoned the series, as evidenced by the live-action movie, the novels and the game(s). The fact that Brave Souls still hasn't rolled out the new characters in TYBW even though they're already introducing novel characters might also point to some sort of a rights issue, where Pierrot/TV Tokyo/etc. are holding onto the rights to cast voice actors because they think the series might come back. So there are certain things that could potentially point to more anime, but it also wouldn't be a huge surprise if it didn't happen. I think a key factor could be either Klab throwing some BBS money around or Kubo starting a spin-off or a connected series like Burn The With which could be advertised by adapting Bleach.

>Saiki kusuo no psi nan is having a new anime
Didnt it end though?
I mean i'd love for more episode and for the author to get paid

It's odd how a soul somehow looks older than a human even though they're almost the same age. Rukia was like 100 years old back when she met Ichigo and she looked like a teenager.

It seems Orphen is celebrating the 25 years of the franchise this year, so because of that a new anime is being made.

Maybe when Bleach will have its 25 anniversary (in 2026), they will do something similar.

Ichika will have the same aspect as in that illustration in 100 years too

animenewsnetwork.com/news/2019-03-24/the-disastrous-life-of-saiki-k-anime-gets-new-series-on-netflix/.144960

Ichigo fuck orihime in his human body.

I don't know if this is really true, it looks more like a rumour

The lenght of the series is a problem, of course. 200 episodes would be necessary to properly adapt the manga, and this must throw back anime producers.

Anyhow, Bleach is one of the biggest franchises not only in Japan, but in the world: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_highest-grossing_media_franchises , so I think someday they will do another anime, movie, or OVAs

Read yuuna, they explained it.

maybe they fuck and born in human body

If Zeus and Brahma can have children why can't shinigami? Don't limit the fictional afterlife to Christian mythological terms

What Bleach related things are people even buying these days?

When are we getting this spinoff already?

>these days
The gacha game. Some months ago the art book sold like 30K

There is always some Bleach merchandise on sale too

>artbook is advertised to have a bunch of new artwork
>just 5 new colorspreads
>cost over $150
>sells over 30k copies
How does he keep getting away with it?

T. Brainlet

Bros I miss bleach so much

>200 episodes would be necessary to properly adapt the manga
Not even close. It took them 366 episodes to adapt 480 chapters of the manga, and that included 166 episodes of filler so the actual pacing was 2.4 chapters per episode. The final arc is 206 chapters so ~86 episodes, but Bleach is very "cinematic" with a lot of relatively empty pages, which are fast to animate. It's not like One Piece where every page is crammed full of details and dialogue. Kubo can use an entire page(1/17 of a chapter) to show Ichigo's expression but that same thing only takes like like 10 seconds out of a 20 minute episode(1/120), so the adaptation could be even faster without skipping anything. 50 episodes would be pushing it but 63 would probably be just fine.

Another thing worth taking into account when talking about the anime is that Pierrot is currently busy with Boruto and Black Clover and the director is currently working on some other projects entirely. Maybe if Boruto or BC ever need to take a break for a year or so.

This is the era of JoJo. Everything else is irrelevant.

Rukia will look like a 12 year old boy for maybe another hundred years. Though aging in Bleach is very confusing... I mean Rukia was basically teen pregnant.

Hot

>50 episodes would be pushing it but 63 would probably be just fin
I'm talking about adapting the whole manga, a remake, not adapting only the last arc.

The SS arc took 63 episodes of anime, and it included a bit of filler, though they left out some things too, so it compensates. In the manga that arc has 21 volumes (with the first arc included). The next arcs (Arrancar and Sternritter (with Fullbringer included)) are longer but have more fights and less dialogue, so each arc would need more or less the same quantity of episodes, around 60. And then a few episodes to complete some loose ends of the ending with some info of the novels. So that would be around 200 episodes in total.

Rukia may look a young adult or a teenager depending on how Kubo draws her.
Anyhow, many real young adults, in their twenties, still look like teenages

Bride!Rukia was so beautiful. I love how her kimono was all white just like her bankai form.

>Her body was wrapped in a Shiromuku* (*white bridal kimono) made from a pure white material that looked as if the fabric itself was emitting light, and on her head she wore her wedding veil. The veil swayed gently, matching Rukia’s movements and each time the gold of the embroidery would sparkle as it reflected the setting sun.

There is no way they would ever adapt the entire manga at once, especially since there already exist over 300 perfectly serviceable episodes. Even seeing the TYBW animated is a challenge at this point.

somebody needs to pay kubo to design clothes

>Shun is going to be a girl
Why does Netflix concern with that? I thought they were left shillers why would they hate on an effeminate dude?

I'll always dream with a new Bleach anime without any filler, and a more faithful adaptation too.

Do you think Renji uses his baboon hand in bankai to pick Rukia up and manhandle her like an onahole?

Excuse me?

>Q. 51) BURN THE WITCH was set in the Western Branch, but what kind of world is the Northern and Southern Branch?

>Kubo: Initially, BURN THE WITCH was a manga I drew only to imply 'there's also a west'. I mainly drew it to amplify the imagination of the readers.
>Interviewer: Was the idea for BURN THE WITCH thought of during the run of BLEACH?

>Kubo: Yes, that's right. The Eastern Branch was mentioned only once in BLEACH. At that time, I did think of the settings of a Western Branch, but then I thought that the main story of BLEACH would not progress if I drew both east and west. That worried me.

>Nakano-san, the current editor-in-chief, came to ask me if I wanted a continuation of BLEACH for the one-shot or a completely different work. He said 'If you want, you can even draw both'. (Laughs). So I said, 'I'm going to draw something new, but it will still be BLEACH'.
Confirmed to be the same universe.

>Rukia's flat chest carried over
This needs to stop, flat chests are a travesty that must be cleansed from the human gene pool.

Whatever Keigo

>but what kind of world is the Northern and Southern Branch?
>he doesn't answer the question

Based Kubo foreshadowing

You'd think that pregnancy would develop her breasts.

But I guess they're ghost breasts.

>You'd think that pregnancy would develop her breasts.
A flat chest suits Rukia. It works with her overall design.

You heard me. Rukia totally is into rough play

Its Kubo bitch. Dont need to explain anything.

when the fuck are they dubbing this shit, Saiki is one of the few shows where the dub is actually really good.

>Rukia totally is into rough play
Maybe so.

So how exactly did the Soul Society work?

Did everyone in the world go there when they died or what?

Attached: thinking hk.jpg (957x1080, 463K)

I see SS as a second life.

What puzzles me the most is what Kaien says here. Is the cycle of reincarnation different for Soul Reapers? Do their souls just fade into oblivion to become a part of SS?

Attached: 1436038892322.png (760x1200, 749K)

>You'd think that pregnancy would develop her breasts.
Yes but they got back to normal after a while

when you die in the human world, you go to ss. when you die in ss, you die for real. thats it.

I must say that rukia's kid is better that her physically

>when you die in ss, you die for real.
No, you go to the human world reincarnated as a new person. Kaein is telling Rukia the same Dr Hyruluk told Chopper

They're basically twins. Ichika is just taller with red hair and a different hairstyle. She has the same eyebrows and eye shape along with body. Kubo even gave her the hair bump Rukia has.

Attached: 68292282_p21_master1200.jpg (762x760, 301K)

>Nakano-san, the current editor-in-chief, came to ask me if I wanted a continuation of BLEACH for the one-shot or a completely different work. He said 'If you want, you can even draw both'
I had prefered a Bleach, the easten one we now, one-shot (or both, of course)

Again Rukia looks like a 12 year old boy half the time but she's still cute nonetheless. My point is aging in SS is weird. Yamamoto looks like an old man while Unohana who is just as old as he doesn't look a day over 30.

Maybe it depends on the soul for how they age.

I'll never not miss Bleach, no matter how shitty it got

Attached: 1534295222686.jpg (500x333, 29K)

>one of the few shows
but you funimation fans say this for every show they license, how is it few?

Unohana is over 1000 years old. Yamamoto is over 2000

>doesn't recognise the shitty meme
inb4
>merely pretending

Shame that doesn't apply to the chest.

Yes? Where do you think the noble families came from? Why do you think dead human souls are plebs who live in the shithole area of the soul society?

>dub
yuck!

It's based on reiatsu. The higher your powerlevel the slower you age.

Renjis daughter is a nice piece of ass

No. Every attempt to find a logic in how people age in Bleach fails if you consider all characters and don't just look at 1 or 2 people before proposing a theory. Character ages depend on nothing except how Kubo wants them to look.

Yeah, maybe when you die you go to a next live? I never understood what the soul society really was.

Yes that's how the noble families are, it's been established since the beginning.

no it's still a sanitation/recycling plant for souls. Occasionally a soul awakens to reiatsu and they become a shinigami.

Not a theory. It's the reason why Captain midget is supposed to be so short.

The amount of people who dont know what happens when you die in SS is saddening

Don't talk about their child like that.

Attached: displeasedrenruki.jpg (339x354, 69K)

Reminder that Aizen was right and SS deserved to be razed to the ground.
