The first spoiler user said that Hina went to Natsuo's apartment and there were thugs trashing the place, she then gets tapped on the shoulder and appears later later wearing a helmet and holding a stick with Yakuza man who says to the mafia boss that threatened Natsuo , that his gun's safety in on.

Don't see it happening that fast, although this arc will certainly lead to a dramatic event between Natsuo and Hina considering the way Kei is going with this arc. Also I doubt Natsuo will go out with either sister until the very end.
He still loves Rui, though. He hardly even thinks of Hina ever since Misaki's been living with him, which is right after the break up.

He was expecting Hina to confess until she backpaddled. Also he was conscious enough of her to make sure if he still had the smell of her perfume. Natsuo's feelings for Hina have been left ambiguous by Kei for a long time now. Despite having his suspensions he never confronted Hina about her words on the island.

It obvious that he was expecting her to say something different than my previous brother.
I wonder if Kei will be able to deliver on the final confrontation between Natsuo and Hina which she has been building up since their breakup i.e. for almost 100+ chapters now. Maybe she has something in mind, otherwise she could have easily ended this plot point after Hina's return.

I am most looking forward to Natsuo finding out that Rui knew about Hina's feelings all along and never told him about that. Shit is gonna hit the fan if that happens, as that's what worked in Rui's favour to get him.
