I don't think Hina will be shot, and if she is, i doubt she'd be killed since Marie got her to wear a helmet, so odds are good he got her to wear a bullet proof vest, otherwise he'd be pretty irresponsible to allow Hina to go to that sort of dangerous situation, regardless of knowing about Hinas dedication to Natsuo.
Perhaps Marie will be the one who gets shot covering for someone and he just ends up 'walking it off'
If natsuo gets shot, then he will recover after seeing visions of his mother again. But i don't think him going back to hospital for a bullet would do good for his novel career since the critics damned his novel over the stabbing incident used to promote it. Being shot would only add more condemnation that he's some sort of 'actor' going for shock value advertisements. Also he has enough to deal with so adding onto his stife would make the story more tiring.
Misaki does seem most likely to be shot, but i personally rather she didn't. her life is tragic and sad as is.

Most ideal situation: Marie talks down the thugs with his 'Manliness' before his Yakuza guys apprehend them. one of them makes a move, and Hina smacks them with the stick. Natsuo gets mad that Hina put herself in danger but is still touched, Misaki is taken under Maries wing as a waitress of L'amant and helps with her recovery. then story continues.
