I just finished reading all of My Hero Academia manga chapters (yes,all 221 one of them) and i have to say,i enjoy it.Since i haven't watched it,i wanted to ask if the anime is better or the manga.

It depends. Sometimes manga has bigger impact in certain situation (i prefer OfAvsAfO fight in manga), sometimes things from manga gets better execution in anime (like Deku vs Angryexplosionboi).
