Is it really, though? A big part of why the stuCo dynamic works for the most part is the suspension of disbelief re: Kaguya's huge wealth and its accompanying connotations vis-a-vis her personality. Her standing is mostly used as a punchline when they make explicit her high status.

Iceguya is a reinforcement of a priori connotations and would more likely shatter previous Kaguya as "the fake" instead of the reverse. If this were realistic then Kaguya has the potential to jeopardize her relationship with all council members.
