She then proceeds to feel guilty about her lie and wants to confess. This makes sense because Itsuki doesn't seem like the type to keep a lie for long.
She then says to herself that she can't tell him at the end of chapter 77, then says she wants him to find out who Rena is and everything about Kyoto. This last part makes it feel like she is going against what she originally wanted when it came to moving on from the past.
