A Chinese guy turned xianxia martial art master, a Korean girl turned otome villainess and a Japanese college age boy turned generic Isekai adventurer guy with cheat abilities meet each other in a bar.
Their "enemy" is Not-Overlord Ainz/Slime Rimuru who plots evil deeds out of sheer boredom (immortality sucks) but isn't really invested in them (and sometimes even helps our MCs) until the the true threat makes its appearance: a evil Demon Sect leader who also happens to have a sister who is the love rival of the otome villainess.

I've been playing a /d/ game that is a really good fucking isekai.
Basically, boy meets girl. Girl is autistic and doesn't know how roads work. Boy saves her, she fucks off but drops a ticket. Boy picks it up and ends up in a Magical Girl Training Camp where he has to pretend to be a girl or else the Camp Director will turn him into a frog or in some cases a limp dicked slave.
Has an honestly likable cast and the story is fairly interesting. Only issue would be all the fetishes in there.

Repeat Isekai. Dude keeps getting isekai'd to other worlds in position to solve someone's problem. He's usually isekai'd soon after he succeeds or fails at doing so. Attempts to cheat the system tend to fail. He can keep whatever's on him at the time, and retains learned skills, but he's rarely given the time to learn or obtain much from each world. The isekai method varies, so death or suicide just bring him to another world. He gets no lasting friends or lasting harem. The rules of each world differ, but his one advantage is that all his skills still work.

If he refuses to play along, the isekai mechanic might bring him to problems harder for him to ignore or it could go easy on him and let him handle simpler issues which give him time to relax. Whatever consciousness lies behind the mechanic never reveals itself or its intentions.

Nah. Dude gets isekai'd even if he doesn't die. He can get isekai'd opening the bathroom door. The trigger is always unpredictable and the amount of time given to him uncertain. The idea is to build up confusion and transition into a sense of futility and frustration. And the realization that he pretty much faces no consequences for anything he does. It doesn't matter if he lives or dies, because he couldn't stay long even if he wanted to.

There's a western novel where a guy keeps randomly switching between an isekai and the modern world by going through doorways. That probably works better than going to a random world each time because then you might as well just drop the isekai angle and do something like Sliders instead.

I'd pay to watch this, especially if the sex was uncensored.

Someone’s isekai’d but they aren’t haxx and don’t speak the language. It’s slow burn comfy slice of life where their good attitude (after all, they were raised well in jpn, so, if things are gonna be hard now, they have the resilience to accept it, not having grown up sensitized by isekai stressors) allows them to bring strength to those around them. Kind of like that “old man dies in VR game and is isekai’d as a young man but still super wise and mature” manga. They aren’t driven to explore their world by shenanigans, they just eventually decide it’s beautiful and they’d like to see more of it, and also that their little bit of first isekai language and, eventually, suitable clothing, are enough to pass them off as an eternal tourist if they move on. Though they aren’t haxx, perhaps a leisure skill picked up in our world like sketching or music or crafting stands them in good stead.

Eventual tension is they don’t feel comfortable really putting down roots here or getting with any of the girls, but eventually they get found family’d hard enough they get married or whatever.

Omake is consistently of their hybrid child going to irl school over here, because the best girl nearly dies in childbirth which leads protag to take her through the door home he’s been pointedly ignoring for the past year.

And then it’s best girl who lives over here with protag, sitting around sipping tea and shit with her back to her own door, ever-present, which both of them don’t ever mention and pretend they do not see. Because if it notices it’s noticed it shows up somewhere else, usually inconvenient.

A roadie who can fix almost anything is crushed by a stage display, his blood dripping onto his belt buckle. A portal opens, summoning a massive beast made of metal which transports the MC to a strange world where playing electric guitars can literally call down lightning to smite foes, and everything looks like it could be from a metal album cover.

There's always being crushed to death by a vending machine, of which you could have moved out of the way of, except that you are paralyzed by the beauty of the vending machine, which is of course your favorite model.

The whole point is the isekai angle and the method being unpredictable, as he explores thousands of different iterations of generic fantasy worlds or a few that are at least a little original. Encountering standard cast member after standard cast member, or sometimes something a little different. Doesn't matter, because he doesn't get to stay.

MC gets summoned to fight to the demon king (male). He begins to explore the world, gets a harem from the harem shop, makes some friends etc. but quickly begins seeing parallels to video games and starts worrying about what exactly happens to everyone when the game ends. This isn't helped by the ambiguous wording of the ancient prophecies about the demon king - you could easily read them as saying the end of the world being caused by his defeat rather than victory.

So MC-kun does what high schoolers do best, procrastinate while pretending he's getting his shit together. Problem is, he starts bumping into dozens of other guys who were also summoned as heroes, each from a different century. Since none of them have ever heard of video games and MC has the charisma of vomit he can't talk anyone out of going after the demon king, so instead he opts to sabotage them, play them against each other, etc.

The web of deceit keeps building up until eventually he's outright working with the bad guys, pretending to be a double agent to factions on both sides, while trying to expose actual traitors, get rid of rivals, keep either side from winning and pin the blame for the stalemate on anyone displaying actual competence.

His "it" are various junked washing machines, "ancient" kitchen stoves, and other large bulky items which have became obsolete.

To be fair, the MC of this isekai is in love with the only girl who actually puts up with the guy whose body he hijacked, and it's a lot less battle harem with a different protagonist than you'd think, considering we've only seen like one girl with the supposed Protsgonist, and it's just the girl who was previously engaged to the MC's character.

Like it's a bit similar to the premise, but there are too many differences for it to scratch the same itch.

MC is a guy that does nothing but browse Yea Forums. Then he dies of a heart attack, and gets transported to a world that is basically a magical world crossed with Yea Forums memes.
