This, right now I can't imagine him genuinely being able to kill Hyakki, especially considering that, in this adaption, Tahomaru is a pretty decent person, even if he does have a superiority complex, and wouldn't necessarily want to kill Hyakki once he's fully informed about his origins.
I can see him fighting because the dad tells him to, or something to that effect, but yeah, probably won't be the finisher in this ep, Tahomaru isn't that desperate yet.

I've been suspecting him of getting his eyes back separately for a while now, probably after episode five. Seeing how badly getting his hearing back effected him I worry that getting back both his eyes will also be too overwhelming. If he gets them back one at a time it could be slightly easier on him plus it may still allow him to use that "spirit vision" to spot demons and other supernatural stuff.

I don't know, just feels like giving him his eyes now would be too much too soon, given how much of the series is left, I'd want for him to get more used to speaking first, THEN give him his eyes back after, that way he'll have another chunk of time where his perception of the world is challenged again, rather than just giving him all his senses in such a short time period.
The legs/arms seems to be the filler limbs that can be given back so that Hyakki can still have big fights but his eyes ((arguably the real 'final prize')) aren't given back as early.

What exactly happened here? I assume the one with the glowing eyes and multiple faces is the "ringleader" of all the demons, and also the one the monk says is "locked up"...? And the one below it that got a crack is the fox demon, but it's not destroyed completely because it escaped into Banmon? Or perhaps it's because of what Oku did?
Anyway, this episode had a much greater sense of scale and tragedy than any of the previous ones. The monk's talk of fate especially is very potent as, for the first time in the show, it really feels like there are greater forces at work than just the actions of the characters.

Another thing to look at is that "deal with devil" pretty much always and inevitably ends biting people in the ass. Some stories have minor devils tricked successfully, but it usually requires a saint to do so, and most often is a comedic story.

No, the land itself is bad there, it's not a productive land, with no rain and full of natural disasters happening. They maybe could work out some way if they had time and resource, but they don't have it because it's sengoku period and other lords are trying to take the land to make path to attack other lords. So if Hyakki kill all demons the land will just go back to being a shit land that it was before the contract was made. i.e. Everyone dies.

Lying about how he brought that about is just going to make the truth reveal worse. It would be a good drama, but I don't think it'll go that way after this episode. Probably they will choose for the cliche: "Hey the reason this land is shit is because there's a big bad demon sealed here that no one could ever kill or exorcise. So if you kill this thing the land will prosper again and everyone will be happy!", and Hyakkimaru will go and kill the last boss demon and recover his benis while freeing the land from the demons curse making everyone happy and good ending.
