Joseph was on the family tree though. Him being Kira's dad is more likely because Kira's dad's been in the liner notes for quite a while and Kira's dad in part 4 had media manipulation powers. The only problem is the ages but considering how much his age was being brought up in the chapter (and how Josuke says they have to check if he's actually young) it probably isn't his actual age. Joseph's age according to this family tree isn't right either, even if it's closer.
