Stamina is much more important and valuable compared to raw strength. Why do you think running is one of the most important exercises? If you don't have stamina, you can't build up proper muscle and the smallest strain will PTSD you out of any workout. Stamina is essential, big muscles are not.

Saitama's routine is stupid (which it is obviously intended to be) because it's far too difficult for a beginner because of the number of repeats and far too easy for a trained athlete because of the easiness of the individual exercise. Also 100 squats and situps especially is utterly pointless, it will do nothing. Do at most 30 each and do something else instead.
