This was the best chapter so far, but the author needs to manage the story flow and characters better. The beginning of the chapter wasn't handled too well and was kind of confusing.

I think this chapter was a step in the right direction. What the author really needs to add is a focus (which this chapter gives us) to what's going on, because the story is still too empty otherwise.
